Chapter 15

* This is a quick reminder that the timeline is mucked up but I want this story to be mostly about Sean and y/ n and not TOO much about the cases*

I woke up the next morning to Nick snoring in my face. And just as I dreaded , we had work . I turn to the alarm clock and it was 6:00 . I slowly start shaking Nicks shoulder as I get up. He gets up and looks around .

" crap we got work don't we." He says half asleep.

" Yep "

" Ugh"

We walk down and see Juliette ready.

" Where are you going?" Nick said to her. He goes in for a kiss and Juliette pulls back after three seconds .

"Cofee with a friend." She said without making eye contact then leaving immediately.

* IN THE CAR*

" just focus on work today alright ?" He says .

" Yea I will."

" You obviously still like him though right."

" Yea of course, but he said he couldn't tell me something and that and he had unexpected feelings."

" Unexpected feelings ? For someone - else? "

" That's what I was asking him and all he could say was I can't tell you ."

" I'm sorry y/n , the captains always been sketchy but I never knew he was , you know THAT type."

We walked in and saw Hank sitting down.

" How you feeling y/n?" He asks actually interested and I sit next to him.

" Better , Hank thanks for last night. Honestly , I feel safe with you. You treat me like a younger sister so thank you." I said while holding his hand.

" Don't make me cry man ." He starts getting teary eyed and I put my head on his shoulder.

I looked at Sean's office and it was empty.

" yea he left when I arrived ,  I bet he's crying." Hank laughs.

I smile and start feeling bad.

About 20 minutes later , Sean walks in with a leather jacket on and sunglasses . I watch him walk in the office.

" Do you think he rode a motor bike here" Hank joked and I laughed pretending i wasn't missing him.

He sat down on his chair and was rubbing his forehead. I felt him staring at me yet I wanted to give it a few days . I still liked him but it was all so confusing. Unexpected feelings ? Who says that.

After all day and no bodies , Nick gets a phone call . It's Monroe .

" Y/n , Monroe wants us at the spice shop for some reason and he sounds worried . Sorry Hank we will be back asap." He grabbed his jacket and we headed out.

*IN THE CAR*

" Did Monroe say anything ?" I said.

" No he only said come right away." He says as he pulls up into the parking.

" What is it now " I sighed. I hope it wasn't bad news.

We walk in and see Monroe at the front desk looking worried.

" Where's Rosalee?" I ask.

" Her grandmas sick so I'm looking after the shop."

" What's wrong ?" Nick asks and Monroe gives a huge sigh.

" Nick this gonna be hard to explain . Do you wanna sit down or."

" Just tell me." He says now concerned.
