I watched him as he came into the class with his friends. His presence was enough to make my heart beats fast. He and his friends were laughing and talking about something.
He sat on his table. I rubbed my palms as they became sweaty because of nervousness. I never had courage to confess him about my feelings so put a love letter into his bag.
He opened his bag for books. As he took out his book, letter dropped on the floor. He raised his eyebrows in confusion. "What is that" his friend tristan spoke. "It must be from a girl, he got so many letters. I'm so jealous of you, asher." Jacob said, it made asher chuckled. He picked up the letter from floor.
I was watching his every action. I was so nervous. So many girls had given him love letter before and i also saw him throwing them in dustbin without reading. It was my first time writing a love letter for someone. I didn't want him to throw it away. I wish he at least read it.
He eyes shifted to me. I looked away. Trying hard to act normal. I didn't want him to know that I wrote that letter for him. I knew that he would reject me right away because who would want to date a nerd like me. Everyone in class made fun of me because of my looks except asher. That's why I liked him.
I looked at him again. I saw him reading the letter. I smiled. At least he was reading it. But he didn't had any reaction on his face. "Who wrote it?" Tristan asked. I didn't mention my name. "I don't know but the person ask me to meet at play ground later"
I bite my lower lip as I heard him. Will he come? "Are you going to meet that person?" Jacob asked. "No, I don't have time for that" He said. He stood up and started to walk to the door. "Where are you going now?" Jacob asked. He showed him the paper and said "to throw this in dustbin."
He walked away after saying that. I felt a pain in my heart. I knew this would happen. I put so much effort in writing this. He just went to throw it away. I looked down. A tear escape from my eye. if I mentioned my name in the letter, he was going to threw it anyway. because I knew i wasn't his type......
