Jacqui lined up the crushed-up powder she had on the bathroom counter, she was about to lean her head down but jumped at the sound of screaming. She angrily cursed and wiped it off the counter before sprinting out to the source of the sound. Dewey, Gale, and Jennifer screamed and turned to Jacqui, Dewey pointing the gun at her face.

Jacqui's brows furrowed. "The fuck, Dewey?!"

"Sorry," he breathed, lowering his gun. Tom came out from another room with Angelina trailing, and they all started yelling again. Dewey turned to him and got ready to shoot, but Tom put his hands up and screamed back.

Just a moment later, Lindsay also came sprinting in. "Tom, where were you—?!" Her yelling made everyone scream again and cause Dewey to aim the gun. Before he could lower it she gasped and smacked it out of his hands on instinct. "Are you out of your damn mind?!"

Dewey bent down to pick back up his gun. "Sorry, I'm overreacting." He put his gun in his belt.

"Dewdrop?"

They all turned to the open front door and saw the guard walking stiffly with blood all over him. Dewey started for the door, the group following. "Stone?" Dewey asked.

"Oh, my God!" Jennifer breathed.

"Oh, my God, Stone." Tom said.

"Oh no!" Jennifer screamed as Stone dropped to the ground, showing the knife in his back.

"Oh, he is dead." Jacqui grimaced.

Dewey ran forward, bending down by Stone. "Dewey, is he actually dead?" Gale asked, her and everyone else still looking from the door frame like they were in Scooby-Doo.

"Yeah," Dewey nodded.

"'Course he fucking is!" Lindsay yelled. "I'm getting back inside." She turned around.

Dewey snapped his head around and got out his gun. "Yeah. Everyone back inside!" The others ran inside with him following after them, slamming the door shut and locking it.

They all rushed into the living room, where Angelina and Jennifer started freaking out.

"Don't panic," Dewey said just as the lights went out, making everyone scream. Jennifer continued screaming and ran for the back door. "Okay, outside. Everyone, stay together and try to remain calm."

As soon as they all got outside, something started ringing. Everyone began to panic while getting their phones out, checking to see if it was their phones going off, but it wasn't anyone's

"Shit!" Jennifer exclaimed, turning back to the house. "It's the fax!" They all ran inside after her as she ran to the machine. Jennifer clicked on a flashlight and grabbed the paper, reading it aloud. "'Interior, Jennifer's house. Living room, night.' It's a script page," she told them.

"W-What's it say?" Angelina asked frantically.

"'With the bodyguard stabbed to death, the seven stand trapped.'"

"He's rewriting the movie," Tom said quickly.

"'As the killer waits outside,'" Jennifer read, making Angelina, Tom, and Lindsay looked outside. "'Suddenly the fax machine sends news of their fates.'"

"It's a trick!" Dewey shouted. "Everybody outside!"

"Where he can pick us off one by one?" Tom asked.

Jennifer shushed them. "'The killer prepares to grant mercy to only one of them.'"

"I call first dibs!" Lindsay shouted, earning looks from everyone. "What?"
