Time passed by, and the more it passed, the more I felt comfortable around the house, but not enough to start on trusting any of the people around me.

Since the night out with Stiles', me and him got along really well. I think that's a progress, except for the private lessons he gives me.

I still don't understand the need of studying things that I don't care, things such as Math and Chemistry.

Sometimes I can see Stiles get frustrated when I don't collaborate with him, but thank God his patience for me is not running out.

''Emma, did you read the chapter I asked you to read?'' Stiles' slightly nudged me with his elbow gesturing me the book in front of me.

It was a the history book and I was bound to read from page 60 to page 70. I mean, it's easy to read few pages, but at the moment my laziness overcoming me.

I sighed I defeat and shook my head. I looked up, meeting Stiles' light brown eyes. He frowned and closed rudely the book. ''I guess we need a break. Uhm how about for a walk. Wanna go out?'' A smile spread across his face made me realize the he wasn't taking a No for an answer, so I forcefully nodded.

''Great! I'll just change then we'll go.'' Stiles' ran out of my room as I closed the door.

With a big huff of breath, I slumped myself into the bed.

The softness of my comforter welcomed me as I snuggled up, bringing my knees into mychest.

I hummed quietly, trying not to cover the chirping of the birds from the window.

I closed my eyes making me drowsy but a knock on my door made me sit back up abruptly.

I fixed my pillow messed up hair and opened the door.

There standing was Stiles'with his usual red flannel and worn out jeans.

A smile plastered on his face whilst I held my chin up and looked at him.

''Let's go?'' He asked motioning his left arm, pointing down stairs.

I nodded eagerly and tookmy black flannel under my arm.

The path to the park waskind of awkward, since none of us dared to speak up and open a conversation.

The silence was overwhelming and the tension was present in the air.

I peeked up a glance on Stiles as I noticed him stuff his pocket with his hands, slightly relaxing his shoulder.

A sigh escaped from his lips as he brought up his left hand on his hair, just to mess up his hair.

Whilst I observed him, he slowly turned to look my way, grinning.

I immediately looked onthe other side, gaining a chuckle from the guy beside me.

I frowned looking up at him once again.

''You know that it's rude to gawk over people?'' He smirked as he stopped from his tracks.

I opened my mouth to say something, but I stopped myself.

The frown line on his forehead increased as he eyed on me. ''Uhm.. It's kind of chilly, I think going to the park is not a good a idea. What about a coffee?''Stiles offered as we entered a cozy bar behind us.

-

We both ordered the same thing, as we sat in to a table next to the window. I took my mug and sheepishly inhaled the fragrance of the coffee before sipping some ofits delicious content.
