Every royal member of Jeon family ,sat at the dinning table and jungkook, sat at the head of the long table , surrounded by his members .Jimin was seated beside him. When butler served him his meal, he thanked her with a polite and warm smile.It had been weeks since he smiled so genuinely. Jimin smiled to see his alpha finally smiled , he added more veggies in his plate.
Meanwhile Ree Ree stood behind the pillar, watching them.As jungkook lifted his fork to his mouth, ready to take his first bite of the meal , Ree Ree's heart raced as she couldn't wait to see the king die .But, just as jungkook was about to eat , a loud clatter echoed through the hall as taehyung threw the king's spoon to the floor .Whole castle get shocked by advisor's behaviour.
The guards quickly came and ready to defend their king at all coasts .But, jungkook stopped them .
" Your mejasty, I'm sorry, but this food was poisoned" Taehyung said , his voice filled with urgency . Jimin looked down at his alpha's plate in shock and quickly hugged his arm protectively.
" Someone mixed poison in your food , and this poison is different.Its rare , only demon's use these poisons and especially the Demon king " Taehyung explained as he looked into jungkook's eyes whose has widened and also told him he has doubts on Ree Ree .Queen Jimin quickly ordered the guards to bring Ree Ree to the grand hall as soon as possible. On the other side , Ree Ree attempt to save herself but was soon caught by jeon guards and brought before the king .The guards threw her onto the floor , pointing their swords at her .She slowly looked up at king .
" Why did you do this.I trusted you , let you love here in my castle , but you try to kill me"
Jungkook walked towards her , his sliver sword ready to strike her .He ordered his guards to leave her , wanting to deal with her personally.
But she remained silent, her eyes filled with defiance as she looked at the king .But , before she could say anything, jungkook pointed sword on her neck " I asked you something" Jungkook's voice was firm , as he slowly cutting her skin .She gritted her teeths and shouted.
" Because I hate you .I wanted to kill you . Did you know it's all your fault?.My alpha died because of you .The demon king killed him because we are your friends, but he spared me when I agreed with him .He wanted you to disappear from his life so he could make your omega "She muttered, eyes filled with hatred towards Jungkook.
But Jungkook scoffed at her reason.But as she mentioned about demon king , he couldn't help but worry for Haneul.
If Kai was still out there , seeking revenge, they had to find him and destroy . " You have to die , jungkook" She screamed , voice filled with madness.Her eyes were wiped as she suddenly stood up and almost hit the king's arm , but before she could more , Jungkook grabbed her arm , using his strength to throw her to the ground. She again screamed, as struggled to stand , jungkook drew his sword and held it to her neck , about to kill her but Jimin stepped forward "Le me punish her "
