"When is everyone coming back?" You ask Slender as you follow him to the living room.

"I'm not sure," He admits with a shrug of his shoulders, a frown coming to your lips.

"Did I do something?" You press, grabbing Slender's hand to pull him to a stop. "Where are they?"

"They are all on a small trip so you and I could spend a few days together," Slender assures you gently. "I asked them to."

"Can we call them?" You ask him. "I just want to make sure they're all okay."

"We can call," He assures you, gently guiding you to the couch and pulling out his phone.

He sits down with you, your leg shaking up and down as the phone rings.

"Daddy!" Sally chirps as soon as she picks up. "Is mommy there? We wanted to say hi!"

"Perfect timing because mommy, wanted to say hi as well," Slender says with a chuckle.

"Everyone! Mommy's on the phone!" Sally says, a smile lighting up your face when everyone says hi.

"Hi! I miss you guys," You cry. "It's so quiet without you."

"We knew you needed some time alone with Slender," Jane laughs through the phone. "Hope he's been nice."

"He's been amazing," You tell them. "What are you all up to? It's like a mini vacation. When are you coming home?"

"Soon," Jeff is the next to speak. "We won't stay gone long."

"Have fun and be safe," You tell them.

You lean against Slender as all of you chat on the phone for a little while but no one reveals where they are, and they say you needed time alone with Slender, but it feels like an easy excuse. You feel like they're out doing something but you have no clue what it could possibly be. Oh well, you'll just look forward to everyone coming home.

"I can call Trender for makeup so we can go out," Slender offers once you're off the phone. "Where would you like to go?"

"Can we just stay home again?" You ask him. "I don't feel much like going out."

"Are you alright?" Slender asks, guiding your face to look at his. "You scold me for apologizing and here you are feeling guilty."

"I don't want everyone to feel like I wasn't focusing on them. I've loved the last three days with you and you were the only thing on my mind. I wasn't thinking of anyone except you," You mumble softly.

"You probably went into heat. I'm shocked it happened so fast," He chuckles softly, resting his forehead against yours. "During your heat cycle you'll crave only me because we're soulmates and the same will happen when I go through it myself. I'm just glad you acted on your desires. Going through a heat alone is rough."

"You'll have me now," You tell him, your gaze matching where his would be. "Right? Do they get worse?"

"Just depends on the cycle. Some you don't feel while others it's like you're drugged out on molly," He explains. "They happen once every three months. As we spend more time together our cycles will match up."

"I was in heat," You breathe out, your body letting out a heavy sigh as you collapse into Slender's arms.

"You humans are so emotional," He chuckles, pulling you onto his lap.

"Pretty sure I'm not human anymore," You remind him.

"Fair enough. What do you say we practice with your abilities a bit. Get you used to the control. Just me and you," He offers.
