After the factory was taken over, Jaune ordered HK-47 to cut off communication to all Atlas Frequencies so the white fang won't be spotted by the Atlas Military once Adam's forces arrive. After a small portion of the white fang arrived, Adam placed the factory in one of the lieutenant's to command and watch over the factory so no intruders won't sneak in the factory
On one of the factory's landing pads, we see Jaune & HK-47 step onto one of the bullheads, then Rika ran towards them while calling out Jaune's name
Rika: JAUNE WAIT!!!
He and HK stopped and stared at her
Jaune: what is it, Rika?
Rika: where are you going?
HK-47: query: didn't you hear from Adam? My master is going to sneak into his ex-parent's dwelling to steal his rightful blade back while I'm going to Beacon Academy to deal with some certain exposers who ruined the master's life.
Rika widened her eyes in surprise at knowing what they're about to do
Rika: oh.....well thanks for informing me about this.
Jaune & HK-47 nodded as they entered the bullhead and left as it flew away from the factory

He said as he entered the kingdom and searched for his ex-parent's house

After Ozpin revealed the truth and exposed Cardin of lying to everyone and taking the credit of killing the ursa that, in reality, Jaune killed, everyone started to feel regretful & guilty at what they had done
Team RWBY's trust to each other was shattered. Ever since Ruby learned the truth, she started crying in her sleep while thinking about Jaune and wanted her to be forgiven. Blake felt like a total hypocrite after revealing she's a faunus. Yang felt like an absolute bully and regretted treating Jaune like shit, same feelings as Weiss when she tried committing suicide, but failed when her teammates stopped her
Team NPR was even worse when Nora tried killing to stab herself with one of Ren's blades, but he stopped her from doing it as she loudly cried on his chest. Phyrra was devastated and broken that she closed herself off from her teammates and friends as she slept in the closet, thinking about Jaune & the mistakes she made when she blindly tormented him
Team CRDL was given an indefinite detention and were told that they're going to be expelled tomorrow, so they slept in their dorms while suitcases were already packed up and ready to go
Then we see their door open slowly and revealed that HK-47 slowly walked in the room and pulled out a vibro-knife and approached Dew and stabbed him in the face, killing him
Then the droid approached Sky and slit his throat and then apprached Russel and stabbed him in the crotch, making him wake up and before he let out a scream, HK-47 grabbed a pillow and suffocated him until he died of air limitation, which he did eventually
HK-47 turned around and stared at the remaining member of team CRDL and after scanning him, he was identified to be the man responsible for screwing with Jaune before he found the droid.... Cardin Winchester
Cardin turned over on his bed and as he fluttered his eyes open, he smiled and spoke up as if he's half asleep
Cardin: (sleepy) hey look, an orange AK-1000, get me a soda, ok?
He then went back to sleep, until....

Cardin bolted up wide awake
Cardin: HEY, WAIT A MINUT-
Then HK-47 stabbed his throat and took the knife out, causing blood to spew out from his throat and fell on the floor, dying from blood loss and noticed that his teammates are already dead
Cardin: (dying) why?
HK-47: answer: ......Vengeance for my master, Jaune Arc.
Cardin's eyes widened in shock, but instead of getting angry, he let out a tear from his eye and died from blood loss
HK-47: relishing chuckle: greatest kill I've ever been given.
Then he contacted the white fang bullhead and asked the pilot to pick him up at the cliff of the emerald forest as HK-47 quietly opened the window and jumped out of it
(ELSEWHERE)
After Jaune snuck out from his ex-parent's house and succeeded in getting his Crocea Mors back, we see him arrive at the white fang bullhead as HK-47 grabbed his hand and pulled him in as the aircraft flew up and left the kingdom of vale
HK-47: statement: I see you got your sword back, master.
Jaune held onto Crocea Mors with pride and smiled
Jaune: yeah... I finally got it back.
He said as the white fang bullhead was speeding into the distance of the skies
