JENNIE

Jennie sits in a chair besides Lisa and they hold hands as they wait for the doctor's findings. "So, Ms. Manoban, it looks like you did suffer a concussion. We can either do a CT scan or an MRI just to make sure we didn't miss anything."

"No need."

"Yes, doctor."

Both of them say at the same time.

They look at each other and Jennie smiles coaxingly. "Lisa, I need to know that you are okay. There is so much that has happened and I can't stand not being certain that you are absolutely fine. I have to have control over something."

The Thai reaches up and touches the side of Jennie's face, and she seems to see all the anxiety Jennie has in her heart. The CEO wants to give her everything in the world, but she needs this. Lisa then gives her a small smile and nods in concession. "Okay, fine." giving the doctor the okay.

"Let's go take an MRI scan, shall we?" Dr. Chaeyoung Park says. Normally this test can be done by a technician or radiologist, but Jennie has personally contacted the neurosurgeon through her wife Dr. Jisoo Kim-Park to make this appointment and explains that the CEO wants special treatment no matter what the cost. Money always seems to make people more agreeable. But the beautiful couple seems to have taken a liking to the Korean with the usual cold demeanor and her feisty Lisa, that they didn't really mind the favor.

Jennie starts to have a panic attack when they walk into the MRI room, but luckily Lisa feels it, and just by holding her hand, soothes the Korean. She has so many fears when it comes to Lisa being in any danger, or worse being seriously hurt, but knowing as long as she's with Lisa, everything will be okay.

After some time of going through the motions and the doctor telling them that the tests show everything is normal and all Lisa needs is some proper rest and a couple of over-the-counter meds, some of Jennie's anxiety leaves and she feels like she can breathe a little.

As they exit the doctor's office, they didn't see Hank's car.

"That's weird," Jennie says, and continues to search the parking lot for her driver. She feels the hair rise on the back of her neck, like someone is watching them, and by instincts reached her arm out and around Lisa, holding her by the side of her waist tight, closer. She feels exposed standing outside, and the CEO pulls out her cellphone.

"Let's go back inside, Lis and wait. It's not safe like this."

Lisa looks cautiously at her but nods her head in agreement as the Thai uses her longer arms to place protectively around Jennie's shoulder. Just as they turn around, the Korean spots movement out of the corner of her eye and she hears flashes going off. She looks around and suddenly they are being swarmed with cameras and phones and paparazzi are everywhere.

"Don't look at them, Lis. Let's just go, quickly," she hisses and with Lisa and her wrapped around each other, they all but running to the doors of the doctor's office. They had to elbow a few people out of the way and Jennie's panic rises as the press crowds them and ask questions about who Lalisa is, is she her girlfriend, was it serious between them. Jennie realizes she's holding her entire world in her arms and it's her job to protect Lisa, protect them, from all this chaos. So, she shuts down her panic and do what needs to be done and nursed her face back into showing no emotion.

When they make it through the doors, the nurses at the counter rush to help them. They start questioning them thinking it was of medical emergency with the way the rushed in. Jennie sees Dr. Park comes out and the blonde doctor is over with them in an instant to make sure they are all right. The paparazzi are outside the building, but the windows are tinted so they can't see in.
