*Y/N's POV*

It's been over two months since Jennie and I started going out discreetly. Falling in love with her was the most unexpected and surreal thing I have ever felt in my life.

Before Jennie, I never thought I'd fall in love. I mean, I was always focused on my life in Taekwondo before moving to Korea. Even then, though I have had a few crushes on some girls, nothing lasted, and I have never felt the need to make a move on anyone or have a lover. I even thought I was aromantic.

But now here I am, head over heels for this girl who I have known for barely a few months. I feel like a teenager, all giddy and carefree, as if I am flying. It's as if Jennie had completely bewitched my heart and soul that just by thinking I am in love with her and that she reciprocates my feelings makes my day.

Also, along with this sweet girlfriend, I now also have three best friends who are absolute crackheads. I always thought of them as stars, which they are, by the way, but you know, something unachievable. So, knowing them like this on a personal level feels like a dream come true.

Talking about my fantastic girlfriend, not only that, Jennie is compassionate and hardworking, but she's this absolute sweetheart I have ever met in my life. Well, that is... until she gets jealous.

You don't want to mess with a jealous Jennie Kim.

Anyway, as I was saying, Jennie has been working hard these past few weeks for our national event and her other group and solo activities... but the most exciting part is that she's starting her own label.

How great is that! CEO Jennie Kim.

Everything is almost set, and she's planning to make the announcement next month. She's all hyped up and excited, and I am beyond proud of my baby.

Right now, I am on my way to her dorm from the rehearsals. Because my baby is sick.

Jennie had texted me in the morning that she wouldn't be able to make it to the practice today as she wasn't feeling well. I was already worried, but she told me that she was fine and she just needed some rest. I did want to see her then as well, but I didn't want to disturb her. I was just going to stay back, but when Lisa and Rosie showed up, they told me that she had been throwing up since last night.

I couldn't sit still, so I decided to go to her. I didn't tell her or the girls either that I was going to the dorm. The two of them are still at the rehearsals, and Jisoo Unnie is currently away for a shoot.

I rang the bell to her dorm and waited, and it took a few minutes for Jennie to open the door. My heart dropped. She looked really sick.

"Baby?" She asked in surprise. Her voice was very faint, as if she had trouble getting her sound out. "How come you are here?"

"I couldn't help it, Baby. I had to see you." I whispered. Her eyes softened. "How do you feel, Baby?" I asked softly, stepping in and cupping her face.

Jennie hummed, pulling me closer by my jacket and nuzzling onto my chest. She wrapped her hands around me and clung to me.

"I am sick." She mumbled.

Both of us were still outside, and there were chances that someone could see us. But I couldn't care. I don't think she cared either.

I was holding a few bags in both my hands. I shifted them all to one and held her with my free arm before walking inside, gently kicking the door shut. My baby koala was still hugging me, so it was a huzzle to remove my shoes, but somehow I did and got her to the couch.

I made both of us sit on it before making her pull away.

"Tell me what exactly you are feeling, Baby," I said softly, caressing her hand.

"I have a sore throat... and I have been throwing up. I feel so uneasy." Jennie replied faintly.

"Did you eat anything at all today?"

"Just a piece of bread in the morning."

"Here's what we do, Baby. I am going to make you some hot soup, and you need to have it before you take your medicines."

Jennie shook her head. "I will throw up again."

"You won't. Even if you do, I will be right here to take care of you, okay?"

She nodded reluctantly.

"Now, where do you keep your medicines? I need to see if you have anything you need to take before food."

"They are on the table by my bed."

"Your room?" I asked since it was my first time inside her dorm.

She nodded her head towards her room. I got in, and as I was checking the medicines, my eyes fell on a Polaroid, which was flipped on the bed. It seemed like she was looking at it before I came.

Curiously, my hand reached out to it, and I was about to flip it over when Jennie showed up.

"Baby? All good?"

I paused. "Uh, yeah. Yeah! We are good on the medicines, Baby. I will start cooking now. Why don't you lay down till the food is ready?" I asked her.

"I will stay with you."

"Definitely not. Come here." I got her to the bed and pulled the covers over her before patting her head. "I will wake you up when the food is ready. Okay?"

Jennie nodded with a smile, but she was just staring at me.

"What?"

She gently shook her head. "I can't believe you are really here."

I chuckled softly. "I am. Now, go to sleep." I said, kissing her forehead.

Jennie hummed, closing her eyes.

I watched for a good minute before walking out of the room.
