*Third Person's POV*

"Wake up, my sleepy head!" The tall girl whispered in her girlfriend's ear, making the latter groan and nuzzle futher on to the covers.

Y/N chuckled, laying beside Jennie, both sideways, admiring the cat-eyed girl's perfectly sculpted face. She tugged the short girl's hair behind her ear and whispered, "Jen, wake up."

The idol groaned in disapproval again but squinted her eyes open.

"Morning, Angel." Y/N greeted.

"Good morning." Jennie mumbled, pulling Y/N to hug her and sleep on her chest.

The tall girl chuckled. "Baby, you have a meeting at 12. You need to wake up."

The cat-eyed girl whined and raised her head, questioning, "Can't I skip?" Her girlfriend gave her an accusing look. "I am tired."

"Aigoo! Is my baby tired? Did I do that?" Y/N asked cockily.

"You did. Idiot."

The tall girl laughed loud, pecking her girlfriend's lips.

"Seriously, Baby... was last night okay?"

Jennie grabbed her girlfriend by her collar and pulled her impossibily closer. "You are seriously asking me that? Do you remember how many times I came last night?"

Y/N smirked. "In fact, I do. Very clearly."

The idol pushed her away. "Idiot."

Jennie was about to get up when Y/N held her waist, pushed her back to bed, and hovered over head.

"Where are you going?"

The short girl's feline eyes squinted. "To freshen up. And prepared breakfast."

"Breakfast can wait. I want my desert first." The tall girl whispered hoarsely, connecting their lips.

Four hours later, both of them were still in bed, in their comfy t-shirts and shorts, cuddling after a long "workout" session, meetings long forgotten. The idol's head rested on her girlfriend's shoulder, her hand tracing patterns on Y/N's abdomen.

"Baby, what are you thinking about?" The latter questioned softly, seeing that the short was lost in thoughts.

Jennie sighed.

"All okay, Jen?" Y/N asked again.

"I was just thinking... about us."

"What about us?"

The idol raised her head. "Why me, Y/N?"

"What?"

"How can you still love me? I gave up on you, on us, twice. I pushed you away, and you suffered for years because of me. But why did you still choose me?" The cat-eyed girl's voice cracked.

Y/N smiled and cupped the short girl's face. "You know I have heard someone once say that the truth is, in life, everybody is going to hurt you. But you just gotta find the ones worth suffering for." She paused. "For me, there's no one else worthy than you, Jennie."

Jennie's eyes welled, and she pulled Y/N by her nape, kissing her lips.

"Don't cry, my love. I love you so much." The tall girl assured as they pulled away.

"Baby," called Jennie, sniffling.

Y/N hummed.

"Marry me."

"Wha– what!?"

"I am not saying without thinking it through. I need you, Y/N. For the rest of my life. To hold, to love, to come home to, to wake up to your face, and to cuddle to sleep. I want you and only you. And I don't want to wait any more." Jennie's eyes were filled with tears again.
