Marie and Donna stepped off the train, taking a breath before finding the person Miranda hired to take them to Donna's summer house. It was a woman about as tall as Marie who held a sign that read "Beneviento this way." Standing in front of a white limo.

Donna shook her head and followed Marie through the small crowd of people, keeping her head down as they walked by and made it. The driver opened the door for them and greeted "Good evening my lords." She bowed slightly as she stepped to the side, "Lady Dimitrescu has provided her special wine none tainted. We have a two-hour long drive through the Italian countryside."

Marie helped Donna duck through the door before she smiled ducking through and sat on the black leather seats, "Well... that was a load of people." Donna muttered from under her veil, Marie nodded and wrapped an arm around her wife, "Yes... However, we are done now, for the remainder of the time we are staying in solitude unless you want to go shopping or some sort."

Donna smiled at the wolf lord as she leaned over, grabbed the wine glasses, and poured them a generous amount of wine, "To our love and long-lasting life." Donna looked at her "For having it to be tolerable with each other." Marie smiled and kissed Donna and they drank the wine.

They sat and enjoyed the wine, appreciating the quiet and beautiful countryside. "So this summer house what does it look like?" Marie asked and Donna hummed, setting her glass on one of the tables and crossing her legs "It's not much, compared to my manor it's small. It's 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an amazing garden from what I can remember. It has a library and workroom and one big kitchen."

Marie nods and sighs "It sounds a lot less fancy considering the manor is huge compared to that." "It has an upstairs that has a bunch of my father's stuff in it... I never really went up there so I'm not 100 percent sure what he has." Marie nods and kisses the dollmaker's head "It's okay."

As the two hours go on both women sit and talk about what they see around them, Marie learns more about Donna's heritage and where she came from while Donna slowly remembers a couple of things here and there that she finds useful telling Marie. The limo stops and Donna looks out with window, enjoying the view of the beginning forest. "We are close. We have another 30 minutes." Marie smiles as she sees all the colorful trees and foliage around them.

The limo continues again and both women sigh. "Better finish this bottle off before we reach the house." Donna poured the last drops of the bottle into their glasses and set it down, they finished their wine and leaned on each other, relishing the warm senses taking over their bellies "We will need to eat as soon as we can." Marie whispers and Donna nods, "For now... let's just exist." Marie nods.

They hold hands with intertwining fingers and gentle breaths as they take in the views. In the forest is a clearing, where a small but beautiful house sits in the middle of a flower patch, it's quiet and secluded. The limo pulls into the driveway and Donna smiles, "Come on dear." The door opens to the driver who bows and smiles "Thank you." Marie smiles at her.

As Donna goes up to the quiet house, Marie watches as the driver ducks back into the limo and pulls away. "She won't stay with us?" "No the servants and such have houses and apartments down the road." Marie hums as Donna gets the door open and sighs, before she steps in she lifts the veil and looks around.

"Woah..." She whispers, taking a step in, Marie follows and watches as Donna swallows and runs her hand over the furniture and the railings to the stairs. "It's beautiful." Marie chimes softly, admiring the dark oak floorings, and Victorian-style decorations. "They certainly kept up to standards," Donna mutters as she lifts her hand, and not a speck of dust is seen.

As Donna walks around her childhood summer home Marie takes care of their luggage and such, finding the bedroom set up for them, setting the suitcases and such on the foot of the bed. A maid comes in and bows "Good evening Lord Marie, I'm Isabella, however, I would prefer Bella. I will be taking the role of bedchamber maiden. If you have questions please... don't hesitate to ask."
