It has been around a month since we were entered Wisteria house to heal and we have gotten to know each other. Zenitsu met Nezuko and he thought she was my girlfriend so he tried to kill me and chased me with his katana in his hand saying I should be exterminated. The day before we were due to leave recovery, my crow instructed the three of us to head to Mt. Natagumo without delay. We got our things ready and left the Wisteria House after the woman over the house wished us luck by lighting some sparks for which I thanked her. Inosuke was confused on why the woman was making a spark till Zenitsu explained that it was to ward off evil spirits. The woman also told us to hold our heads high which confused Inosuke while I thought of it as a difficult thing to achieve, that we need to truly understand our position and we must plan things the right way without shame or embarrassment. While Inosuke was arguing that the woman was underestimating him so I started to run from them which caused the two to catch up.
Later that day
Mt. Natagumo, Japan
The three of us had it to the mountain while seeing signs saying "Leave," or "Turn back." There was a fog that clouded the area with a chilly coldness that could cut. This made Zenitsu freak out which caused Inosuke to be confused and mad. While they were arguing, I notice a wounded demon slayer crawling on the ground.
Demon slayer: "Help... help me." He said weakly with his katana in hand. I rush to the wounded slayer with Inosuke while Zenitsu was shouting wait.
Tanjiro: "He is wearing a slayer's uniform!! Something must have happened!" I said loudly.
Tanjiro: "Are you alright?! What happened here?!" I asked the slayer before he was pulled up into the sky.
The slayer: "Even I was tied as well!! Save me!!" He shouted to us before hitting a few trees. When the slayer disappeared, there was a feeling of being watched by many eyes from the shadow along with a growling sound. Zenitsu covered his mouth with his hands in horror.
Tanjiro: "Let's go.. and help him." I told the two as sweat dripped from forehead.
Inosuke: "I shall be the vanguard!! Follow me!! I'm hungry!!" He said while grabbing both of his swords before running off. This concerned both me and Zenitsu because of his readiness to go all out.
A little while later...
We were walking through forest while Inosuke was cutting off spider webs that covered the area.
Tanjiro: "Inosuke!!" I shouted at him.
Inosuke: "What do you want?!!" He asked as he sheathes his swords.
Tanjiro: "Thank you Inosuke for coming along. It really brings a lot of confidence. There is some sort of twisted and unnatural emitting from this mountain. It's making my body shake a bit, so thank you." I told him for which he just looked at me with boar mask on as if he was lost in thought.
Tanjiro: "Inosuke!!!" I shouted at him as I notice a slayer sitting in an opening of the forest so I go behind the slayer and tap his shoulder which caused him to grab the handle of his katana while I back up.
The Slayer: "Why didn't they send a Hashira?!! It will be the same result no matter how many Mizunoto show up! It's pointless!" He said before Inosuke punched him on the face.
