The temple of fire

As Nya was thrown outside of the temple the dragon woke up and everyone started running except Nya, nya stood still as if she was waiting for something. The dragon almost attacked her when it suddenly stopped and looked at her and deep into her eyes. The dragon saw deep inside her and saw the spirit of water inside her and bowed to her. The others by this point had stopped running and were looking at her, Kai then decided to get closer to his sister and put his hand on her shoulder' Nya what is happening?' he asked. Nya was shocked by her brother not noticing him there earlier and they had a touching reunion and hugged. Nya soon said that there might be a way for them to go and help their sensei in his battle. The others wanted to know it as she explained to them the plan of using the dragons to go to the underworld, since dragons are the only beings that can travel to different dimensions. Everyone was ok with it well except Cole who was scared of dragons but after a little of pursuing he finally gave in.

So they were now on their way to the other dragons and formed a bond with them. They were about to go to the underworld when Nya said to Kai:' Maybe you should stay behind, you have no experience fighting or have had any training.' Kai did not like that and protested against his sister saying that he should go with them cause he didn't want to let his little sister go alone with some people she barely knew into battle in some dimension they have never been to before. As Nya was about to say something Cole chimed in and said that maybe Kai should stay behind for his safety, but Kai did not listen to anything they were saying and insisted on coming with them. So they had no other choice than to bring him with them to the underworld. 

The dragon soon brought them to the underworld where their sensei was fighting Garmadon for the golden weapons back. The ninja and Kai were approaching the entrance of the hideout of the evil lord but when they went inside they were stopped by some skeletons who saw them and started screaming:' ninja are here!' as an alarm went off. Soon the ninja were surrounded by a lot of skeletons that were attacking them. They managed to fight them off but then Jay had an idea of 'tornado of creation' he said. The others looked at him as if he was crazy ' that is super dangerous if it fails-' Cole said but he was cut off by Nya.

 'Let's just do it, it's our only option' so they did the tornado of creation and lucky for them nothing went wrong and they soon entered the hideout and saw sensei Wu fighting Garmadon. Cole was about to jump into battle but Nya stopped him 'sorry Cole but this is sensei's battle we can't do anything' Nya said. Cole saw this but let it go he then looked around and noticed something Kai was missing. 'Uhm guys, have any of you seen Kai?' Cole asked in a slightly panicked voice. The others soon started looking for Kai but didn't find him anywhere, Nya started to panic at this since she saw him get off Cole's dragon as they got here. They kept looking and looking for Kai with no success.

While the others were fighting Kai stood to the side and was watching them only then did he see something, something weird. He saw a temple connected to a volcano but for some reason he felt like he needed to go there so he did. The others were still fighting as Kai left to go to the temple. He soon got to the entrance and opened the big red doors decorated with dragons and flames. As soon as he stepped inside shut the doors behind him, locking him inside, but for some strange reason he was not scared. He just kept going further and further inside the temple. That is when he saw a golden sword that looked like the ninja's weapons but not completely it he couldn't lay his finger on it. He got closer to the sword as if it was calling him, he soon pulled the sword out of the stone it was resting in.

 Flames soon surrounded the boy but they didn't burn, it was like he was wearing a warm coat in the winter he could not explain it. It was as if the fire was part of him. Soon he realized he could also control all the fire around him and create fire, he did not know this was possible. After a bit of playing with his new found powers he decided to head back to the rest, not after deciding that he would keep this experience a secret while he had the word in his hands, he started to think 'how can I hide this huge sword it's not like i can transform into a necklace or something'. The sword started to glow as soon as he thought and it changed into a necklace. Kai looked at it with wide eyes but decided not to think about it so he just put the sword now necklace on, and left the temple to go back to the others. After he got back to the entrance he went inside to look for his sister and the ninja, who he found pretty easy. 

'Aren't ninjas supposed to be stealthy so why aren't you guys hiding' he said jokingly to the ninja as he snuck up behind them. The ninja quickly turned around and saw Kai standing there without a scratch on him. 'Where have you been, we have been so worried,' Nya said, hugging Kai. 'Relax I was just hiding outside while you guys were fighting since I didn't want to get in the way' Kai said. The ninja soon let out a sigh 'Please don't do that again we have been searching for you for a while now' Cole said. 'Sorry about that' Kai answers. 'Also where is the old guy your sensei or whatever? I don't see him anywhere?' Kai asks. The others look at him then look to where their sensei was fighting but didn't see him the only thing they saw was some kind of portal.

They decided to get closer to the portal but were stopped by someone, that someone was their sensei. 'What are you doing here? I told you guys to stay back and that I would handle this!' the sensei said in a stern tone to his students.
