Jason sat back in his office chair for a moment, looking over a file. He was wearing a purple hoodie over a typical Fazbear technician manager uniform, a purple dress shirt with the Fazbear Enterprizes logo over a pocket, black pants, black, combat work boots with rubber soles, and a utility belt that had a Faz-Wrench, a Walkie Talkie, and a Measuring Tape. Jason was sitting in his office, which was presentably messy. Things, such as tools, animatronic parts and Fazbear blueprints, were scattered about a few shelves, unorganized. But Jason knew where everything was. He looked from the file up at a woman. The woman had a pale complexion and violet-blue eyes. Her hair was brown and trimmed, her eyebrows here beetle-like, and her nose was a little large. The woman was wearing a blue dress-shirt and black pants with no tie. She was wearing Brown Dress Shoes. She seemed nervous, almost to a fault. She didn't have anything to hide. On the woman's file was her employment record and a list of Career Counselors. Both were ordered from least recent to most recent. Also on the File was the Woman's Resume, and the name displayed on that resume was "Michelle Soman."
Tire Zone: sales associate. Two Months. Terminated. Reason: Insubordination.

Daniel "Dan" Smith: One Week.Jason set down her file and looked up at her properly.
"Is it alright with you if I call you Michelle, Ms. Soman?" Jason asked. The Woman shrugged.
"I- I don't see why not." The Woman, Michelle answered, giving a slight stutter. Jason nodded and smiled, sighing as he started to get up.
"Coffee?" Jason asked.
"I'm sorry?" Michelle asked nervously.
"Would you like some coffee?" Jason asked, walking over to a coffee pot, "I made some coffee." Michelle smiled politely and gently."Yes please," Michelle answered. "I'd love some." Jason nodded.
"One coffee coming right up." Jason said poured 2 cups of coffee, which were steaming. Then Jason carefully walked back over, holding 2 coffee cups, placing one in front of Michelle.
"Careful," Jason warned, "it's hot." Michelle nodded and carefully blew on the coffee before taking a sip.
"No offence, but what is your deal, Michelle?" Michelle coughed a bit, nearly choking on her coffee.
"Sorry..." Michelle said. Jason grabbed a clean towel from a drawer and handed it to her.
"It's alright," Jason said. Michelle wiped herself off before beginning to speak again.
"People say I'm too fearless," Ms. Soman said. "I have a genuine disregard for instinctive self-preservation." Jason thought for a moment, then he got up and walked over to a filing cabinet, opening a drawer.
"I'm going to be brutally honest with you here, Michelle," Jason said, looking through the files. "Given your track record, your options for any other job are going to be-..." Jason trailed off.
"Well, to put it bluntly," Jason explained. "They're going to be extremely limited." Michelle put her coffee down, carefully, and sighed. Then, she spoke up, speaking with a stutter.
"I'll take anything," Michelle assured. "Any-... any job you got..." Jason smiled, pulling a file of job openings out of the cabinet drawer.
"No, no; I get that part," Jason explained as he closed the Drawer on the filing Cabinet. Then, he Walked back over to the desk and sat back down, across from Michelle.
