Jason drove down the highway, through the countryside. Toy Chica was sitting beside him, just relaxing. They both were wearing their casual clothes.

WELCOME TO HURRICANE, UTAH.
SOON TO BE HOME OF THE MEGA PIZZAPLEX.

Jason passed by the sign and kept driving. The world didn't look any different from one side of the sign to the other, as they passed it. The sun was setting over the mountains as they pulled into the parking lot of Baby's Diner to eat. In a way the mountains looked like monstrous, giant beasts, that were looming over the area. Eventually, the duo pulled into a driveway, sitting beside the group. Inside the diner, the atmosphere was starkly different from the abandoned mall. Bright lights, cheerful decorations, and the smell of food offered a stark contrast to the grim reality they had just left behind. The duo saw that, in front of them, was a man with a nametag on that read, "Farkus Pireson."

"Hello," Farkus asked in a medium, peppy, announcer-like voice, "do you have a reservation?" Jason smiled and chuckled.

"You know we don't, Farkus," Jason said. Farkus quickly looked up at Jason and Toy Chica and smiled.

"Oh, Welcome back~!" Farkus said. He grabbed some menus and smiled.
Come on, I'll have you seated immediately~!" Farkus and Toy Chica followed Farkus to a secluded booth and sat down. Farkus handed them their menus, and then walked away. Toy Chica and Jason began to read the menus for a few minutes. The restaurant was a bit more packed than usual, as a woman sang on the stage.

Jason and Toy Chica heard the sound of rollerblades. A woman rolled up on skates, smiling with a notepad and pen. She had a nose that was redder than her face; she had odd red birthmarks on her cheeks; her eyes were blue and green, her left eye blue, and the right eye green; and she had a natural, almost fire-like, red-orange hair that she had up in pigtails. She was wearing a red colored dress with orange and white accents, as well as a red tuxedo-dress vest top, The name tag on which read, "Baby Ellanor."

"Hello there," Baby said, "Can I take your order?" Toy Chica and Jason looked at Baby and smiled.

"Usual please, Baby," Toy Chica said. Baby startled for a moment as she looked at Jason and Toy Chica. Then she smiled and gave them both a big hug.

"Welcome back~!" Baby said with a smile. Jason and Toy Chica smiled gently, returning the hug. Then, she wrote down Jason and Toy Chica's usual order. Afterwards, she rolled over to the window with her skates, putting the order on the ticket holder and rang the bell before rolling to the back. A moment passed before Baby rolled back with their order, placing the pizzas, drinks, and a box of Pizza on the table.

"Here you go, please enjoy," Baby said with a smile. The duo began to eat, the comforting aroma of pizza helping to increase their already existing appetite.

Frank and Ruben walked down the narrow hallway, passing the bathroom, towards a Protected Room, passing the bathroom on the way. Ruben punched in a security code and deactivating the pneumatic seal that guarded typically unseen "treasures" from errant energies such as those of mold spores and the like. Frank and Ruben entered the all-white room of shelving and glass cabinets. Indulging themselves, as their Friend, Phineas once did daily, he strolled up and down the rows looking at his accumulated bounty. To the untrained eye, the items in the room would've either looked like rubbish or the collection of a horror movie aficionado. It all depended on perspective, however. Frank and Ruben now held Phineas' secret... every item in this room was said to be "haunted." However, "Haunted" was not a term Phineas had used, or the work Frank now used himself. Usually "Haunted" was used as a word to refer to something embodied by a ghost, the word could also mean part of what Phineas knew to be true of all things. "Haunted" could mean showing signs of torment or some kind of mental anguish. And this was the more important definition of the word. These items on the shelves weren't possessed by ghosts; the ones that were truly haunted were energized by agony.
