Secrets Part 3, Chapter 10
At Skye and Lorenzo's — Lorenzo was pouring himself a drink when the bodyguard entered.
"Mr. Alcazar, can I speak to you?"
"Yes, you were going to tell me about my daughter."
"Yes, I was. I guarded her in Paris and tried to make sure no boy was in her room, like you asked."
"What do you mean, you try?" Lorenzo asked, getting upset.
"Phillip Cassadine followed Gabriella to Paris, and one day he met her in her room. I stayed in the hallway and tried to get him out."
"How long did he stay in the room?" Lorenzo asked, touching his face.
"Overnight," the bodyguard replied. Lorenzo threw his glass, nearly hitting Skye when she entered.
"Sorry, darling. That will be all," Lorenzo said as the bodyguard left.
"Lorenzo, why are you upset?" Skye asked.
"It's our daughter Gabriella. She had sex while she was away!" Lorenzo yelled.
Gabriella was in her room, unpacking and thinking about Phillip. She picked up her cell phone to call him, but he wouldn't answer, which made her upset.
Downstairs, Skye and Lorenzo talked.
"Why do you think Gabriella had sex? Because the guard saw Phillip go into her room. We set rules before she left, and she broke them!" Lorenzo yelled as Gabriella came into the room.
"Daddy, did you break the rules and sleep with Phillip? I know he was in your room! The guard told me everything!" Gabriella asked.
"Lorenzo yelled, "Gabriella, did you have sex with Phillip?"
"Yes! I'm sorry, Daddy. I broke the rules for going to Paris alone, and I'm sorry."
"I hope it was worth it because it's the last trip you'll have alone! Anything else I should know?" Lorenzo yelled, sitting down.
"I went over the budget you gave me."
"Oh, Gabriella, we have always spoiled you, and now it's time you learn to manage every penny you spend," Lorenzo said as Gabriella sat at the table facing him.
"What are you suggesting?" she asked.
"You work for your money."
"Daddy, I'm going to work at the boutique."
"It won't be ready for two months," Lorenzo replied.
"You can see if AJ Hotel is hiring or Bobbie's," he added.
"Daddy, no more credit cards until I pay off what I owe. I want your credit card, or I'll call the company," Gabriella said.
"Now, we will go get you a job."
"I'll go get one," Gabriella responded.
"You have until tomorrow to find one."
"Daddy?" Gabriella asked.
"Go," Lorenzo said.
Gabriella got up, feeling that this was going to change her relationship with Lorenzo.
