Johnny's POV:
I had brought Scarlet to the washroom in her apartment. I could not find any bandages, a first aid kit, or anything in that matter to clean her cuts. I opened the door from the bathroom to where her bed was. "Uh, dal?" I said. "What's up, man?" He asked, standing up from his seat on her desk chair. "She ain't got any first aid stuff." I said. "I'm thinking of where we could find some." Then Pony joined the conversation. "Dal, aren't there some at your place?" "Yeah, go get it." Dally said. Soon enough, we had cleaned her cuts, and she took her medicine and some aspirin. Then we went to sleep. Ponyboy and I stayed in dally's room after we called darry to tell him that we were staying. It was too late to go home. Especially with the socs who were obviously around. Considering the fact that Scarlet had just gotten jumped. Dally stayed with Scarlet in her room in case she needed anything or started coughing up blood again.
Dally's POV:
I woke up just to find Scarlet smuggled into my chest. To be honest, I thought it was kinda cute, but I didn't want to admit it. I got up careful not to wake her up. Then I went over to the boys and told them to go to the curtis. Then, when I came back I by mistake, slammed the door, was too hard, and woke Scarlet up.
Then I went to my room and we both got changed, then we got on our way to the curtis.
