Dally's POV:
It's been two weeks since the shoplifting incident, and everything has been going well. Scarlet feels safer around the boys. We spend a lot of time at the DX, and Johnny Pony and Scarlet have been going to a lot of bookstores and movies. Today was the night of the big Rumble,tho. The Rumble for revenge that Scarlet got jumped. We devious that we would send her to a "girls' night" with two birds mom, and she would never know that there had been a Rumble. Everyone was having their own conversations, and then Sodapop and Scarlet got on their way to two-bits house. A bit after they left and two bit came back, Darry said that we could start getting ready for the Rumble. Then, the chaos began. Boy, after boy, all showered in the curtis bathroom, except for johnny Two-bit and I. Everyone put on their tuff clothes, and soon we were heading out of the house, doing flips and jumps that darry taught us.
