Elena was dragging Jagon around to go see the lights. "Hurry up! A light show is gonna start soon!" She hurried him along.

Jagon sighs in annoyance but he is embarrassed because the people were watching them and thought they have some kind of a special connection. He just shook his head while following her "Could you please don't touch me? You know I have a fiance and you do too"

Elena rolled her eyes. "You think too much. Hurry up!" She insisted as they made their way to the city square. "Usually the night before a big event happens, the city would put together a light show and maybe a bard would show up to sing a song about the upcoming event." She explained to him. "And..well... it's my birthday tomorrow! So there's gonna be a light show tonight!"

Jargon rolled his eyes as if he didn't care to know about it "Finally you are getting older but not so older.." Jagon smirks with his arms crossed on his chest. He can see the sky is pretty dark which is a good thing because they can see the stars dancing in the sky "What kind of a foolish wish you are making for your birthday little princess?"

Elena rolled her eyes. "For you to drop dead maybe. Anyway, I'm gonna wish that this social season will be the best! And that my future husband...that he'll accept me for who I am." She said the last part a bit softly and a bit solemn.

Jagon looks at Elena beside him, seeing how much her wish means so much to her makes him somehow guilty for asking that way. He sighed softly and scratched the back of his head, fixing his neck a little to kick off the guilt inside him "Hey..don't worry...he will accept you..you think he is a stupid guy who doesn't have much sympathy for his fiance? No..."

Elena blinked and looked up at him for a moment. "Jargon.." She then smiled and giggled a bit. "You're not a bad person, you know that?" She teased him.

"Elena, honey? Is that you?" Came a voice from behind them. A tall female elf with radiant golden skin, as tall as Jagon, and beautiful scarlet hair strode confidently to where they were. She wore a noble's outfit and she had a lot of beautiful accessories and jewels adorning her. She even wore a golden nail guard on her index finger. Her stormy blue eyes looked from her to Jagon then back at Elena again.

"Valerie?" Elena gasped. "Princess Valerie?"

Jagon turns around to see the strange beautiful lady behind them. He keeps his hands in his pocket pants and looks at Elena just to make sure of something "Is she the one that likes Prince Kiyan? Or did I get it wrong?" He would admit the girl is beautiful, she has the most criteria each man would want to have on a woman

Elena whispered back and nodded. "Yeah, that's her. The prime candidate to be Kiyan's wife.." She pouted a bit when she said that.

Valerie went up to them and stared down at Jagon, looking unafraid and not the slightest bit intimidated by him. "And who is this...person that you are hanging out with? He looks like an elf, but doesn't have the bearing of one." She stuck up her nose.

Jagon only smiles with calm and he bows his head with his hand on his right chest "It's good to see you, Princess Valeria, my name is Jagon...as you can see...I'm an elf...I'm just another tourist and wanted to enjoy the scenery here..if I may ask, your business here princess? Are you here for the fireworks too?"

Valerie only laughed haughtily. "I like this one." She admitted. "Well yes, I did. I remember that tomorrow is dear Elena's birthday, so I came to see the lights too."

"Thanks, Valerie!" Elena giggled and Valerie reached down to pat her head. "Oh, I don't know where my brother is if you're looking for him."

"Please don't concern yourself with that." Valerie waved dismissively. "I'm sure he has the attention of some other lowly woman. By the time the social season ends, I'll have the prince all to myself!" She laughed confidently as she declared that.
