Jagon's head bodyguard, the eagleman Griffith, greeted him on the castle steps. "Sire! You're back. What brings you here?" He asked his liege as he fell into step beside him as they walked, removing his helmet so he could let his head feathers breathe for a bit.

Jagon keeps on walking with Griffith beside him "I need to see father...there is something I want to ask him and I need answers now..." Jagon stops walking and he looks at Griffith with curiosity "Besides our people...are there any other elf from the land below us who had access to our kingdom?"

Griffith walked alongside him and stopped before looking around to see no servants or guards were near them. He then dropped the formalities and tilted his head. "Look man, we grew up together. You think I would know if another elf would be living down there?" He laughed. "Could be some agreement the king knows about, or something. You sure it isn't a pilgrim?"

Jagon sighs softly, there is no use in talking with Griffith. Of course, he didn't know more about other things down there. He stroked his head a little to keep it calm "I need to see the king..and it's not pilgrim..it's a wood elf...she is working with the Rosemayer kingdom...do you know where the king might be...I need to speak with him..."

Griffith nodded. "Sure man. He's in the throne room still. After your talk with him or whatever, you gotta tell me what it's like in that kingdom." He nudged his arm before walking away.

The king of skies, the exalted winged elf Gael, sat in his throne room alone, looking through some reports while enjoying some exquisite wine. Though he may be elven, the elven resembles more of an eagleman than an elf as he has a few feathers along his neck and wrists. But he is still a tall and able king, with his mighty three-pronged spear resting against his throne.

Jagon walks to the throne room and he can see his father sitting on his throne, looking through the report like he used to. He sighed softly and stepped forward while bowing to his father "My Lord...I want to speak with you for a moment.." he looked up to the king with concern yet curious to know more "Father...I need to know something..please?"

King Gael noticed his son and stopped reading his reports for a while. "My son! You're back. How was the Rosemeyer Kingdom? Did you enjoy it? Did Fay like it there too?" He excitedly as he finished his cup of wine. "Come in come in."

Jagon went to sit on his throne so he could discuss with King Gael "Father...soon...I'll be meeting my fiance right...and we will get married just to make sure our ally is joint with one another...you do promise me that we will build a bridge to the neighborhood kingdom...which means it's time for us to show ourselves and no need to hide from them anymore.."

The king nodded in understanding as he remembered those terms. "Yes, yes that's the agreement. The King and Queen of Rosemeyer Kingdom promised to honor those terms so long as their daughter is happy with the marriage." He told him. "Why? Is something the matter?"

Jagon sighed softly and nodded his head a little "There is someone breech in the mystic forest...it's an elf...not winged but just...elf...and she is working with the Rosemayer kingdom...an owl was with her and they talk about special mark for passenger...am I missing something or are you hiding something from me?" Jagon asks with suspicion.

King Gael leaned back in his seat, trying to remember who that was. "An elf..hmm.." He looked deep in thought before snapping his fingers. "Oh! I remember... Vey! Little Vey used to hang around in the forest below." He laughed heartily. "Is she finally going to visit?"

Jagon nodded his head a little "She is working with the neighborhood kingdom to track down the hunters..but father why didn't you tell me? Who is she...why do I get the feeling that she is not just any wingless elf?"
