Time flies so fast, like in a blink of time seven days had gone just like that. And now here comes the biggest day in history. Social Season Event. A party in which all bachelors and bachelorettes will once again come and gather to find their true mates. It is held in a wide space which the queen chose for this year's event. The place was decorated so nicely with ribbons and tables full of buffets. Even a few grand orchestra bands are playing music by the side of the pavement yard. The place was already alive even thou it was still early in the morning. Bartos and Elizabeth were there first thing in the morning because they needed to serve the people, princesses, and princes who came to seek in hand the prince and princess of Rosemayer.

Duke Balthazar and Princess Vanessa came a bit early as well since they wanted to scope out the place and help where they could. Even though they were nobles, they were just like Kiyan and Elena, people who valued the work of those under them and didn't want to seem they were unapproachable. As of now, they were taking a short break near where Elizabeth was working and started to gossip. "So, you're Elena's maid right?" Vanessa had a wide grin on her face as she was about to ask something. "Are the rumors true that she's already engaged as part of an arranged marriage?"

"Quite a story, that one. Though it would explain why the bachelors here for the princess are much fewer compared to before." Balthazar added while he fixed the half mask on his face. Both of them were in very noble attire, even though neither of them had any plans to join the social event challenges.

Elizabeth didn't know how to answer exactly but at least she could be honest to one of the sibling's close contact. She smiles at Vanessa and bows her head gracefully "Yes your highness. It's true. The rumors will be reality because today, the royal family from Elena's fiance will come to send her future husband. The prince will come today to claim her as his own..so probably princess Elena doesn't need to compete for this year.."

Bartos walks up to the two lovely couple while clearing his throat. He smiles and salutes Duke Balthazar and Princess Vanessa "Good day to both of you. It's pretty early but thank you for helping us out. The queen wishes to see both of you if you have the time to spend now.."

"I don't know how Henrik is going to take that news. I heard he's still competing this year." Vanessa told them.

"He is. He's even going to arrive soon too." Balthazar pointed out before he heard Bartos come up to them and inform them of some news. "An audience with the queen? We would be honored." He said formally. "Come, Vanessa."

"Right! We don't wanna keep the queen waiting." Vanessa walked with him along the castle. "Keep up the good work, you guys!" She said to Bartos and Elizabeth.

Bartos and Elizabeth send them off with their sight. Then he suddenly looked at Elizabeth with a smile "You think I can compete for you in this event as well my love?"

Elizabeth suddenly got so embarrassed but she looked away with her sulking face "Now you want to talk about this? I guess not, furthermore, we didn't take part as participants in this event so stop talking. We are working here.."

Bartos chuckled softly and he walked to her side as he whispered in her ear "You can always ask for it dear. There is nothing wrong with expressing what your heart desires" he kissed her cheek quickly before walking away before anyone else saw them being intimate during work.

Elizabeth widens her eyes almost freaking out as she holds her cheek. She turned to look at Bartos feeling so annoyed but embarrassed at the same time "y..you just wait I'll make you pay for it" She growled so mad but she decided to take a deep breath to calm down.

The queen was talking with the ministries of Rosemayer for a formal discussion. As usual, the queen never fails to impress the people with her handmade Blue ocean dress which resembles a mermaid.
