"Calix... please stop.." Aria crying while holding Calix hands. The look of his eyes is just cold. Her Calix never look at her like this but why he do this to her? who are you? "Die" he kill all her mates with the help of his mans and then lastly he left her alone in the middle of the woods, hurt, dying.

"Aria, wake up!" Harvey shook her body with a lot of energy. The moment Aria opened her eyes, all she could see was the worried face of Harvey. "Ahh... I was so worried about you when you kept crying in your sleep," he said, hugging her. She was still in shock from the dream she had just experienced. "Harvey," she clung to him, asking for some comfort.

'Why would I dream like that? Is that just a dream or...?'

"Is Calix outside?" she asked Harvey. "He just went outside to look around the market" he said while caressing her hair. "I want to see him," she said, needing his comfort. 

She knew that Calix was busy with his duty as a king, but sometimes she needed her mate's comfort, especially since she had just had a negative dream. She need him in front of her eyes right now. 'Such an unpleasant feeling.'

"I had a strange dream, Harvey," she said to him. "What kind of dream?"

"The ape king was trying to kill us," she said, looking up at Harvey's face. When he heard her dream, he knew they couldn't completely ignore it. "You have to make him yours soon, Aria"Aria nodded in agreement, fully aware of the potential consequences of making an enemy out of someone as dangerous as the ape king.

Ever since the ape king came to her house and agreed to be her mate, he had always offered to help her and had been the best mate to her.   even sometimes, he would spend his days on his castle and not on her house. what can she do when her husband to be is someone important to the city.

"Let's go out, Harvey," she took his hand and brought him outside. She held his hand while walking through the market just to find Calix. 'Where are you?' Her eyes couldn't stop looking for him. Harvey, who was beside her, just followed and helped her find the ape king.

Her eyes stopped at the girl on the floor. 'Bai?' She then looked around and saw Bai and Calix in front of her. He just looked down at her. "I'm so sorry... I didn't see you there," she said while trying to get up but touched her ankle. "It seems my ankle hurts a bit," she said shyly.

'No... no......'

"Can you carry me?" she tried to get the ape king's attention like this. Aria ran as fast as she could towards Calix and grabbed his hand. "Are you that shameless to ask my mate to carry you!" Aria's face was purely angry with Bai's attitude.

"There's no way your feet are that fragile, right!" she looked at her with disgust. "Aria... I didn't know you were like this... my ankle really hurts," she tried to let out her tears. Aria, who was holding Calix's hand, tightened her grip. There was no way she would let her do this.

"If you're that HURT, I can ask another beastman to carry you home, since you are this weak. Even your mate is nowhere to be found," Aria knew that Bai was trying to win the ape king by looking weak like this. Maybe, just maybe, if she hadn't accepted the ape king that day... would he be hers? Would the dream come true? Would she...?

"I called the guard, they will bring you home," Harvey came from behind with a guard beastman. "Aria, you're in my way again," she said.

"What's mine will be mine, no one can touch them," she warned Bai. Aria looked at Bai being carried away by the eagle beastman towards her house. What more would come...?

Aria's face showed that she was troubled. "Aria, I only have my eyes on you," Calix said while cupping her face. "Just what if... what if... you prefer her over me?" She couldn't even imagine if that happened.

"She may be pretty, but her heart is full of hate," he said, looking serious when he said it. The ape king is known to be the villain inside the manga. 'Didn't he show something about Bai's previous life? Did he... know anything about me too?' That thought suddenly hit her mind.

'one problem is....i stop reading halfway because she tooooo annoying with her attitude!!!'

'No... let's go home first. There are too many ears outside.'

"Let's go home, Calix, Harvey," she took their hands and walked together towards the house. Along the way, her mind kept having those thoughts... she should ask him later when they're free.

At the house...

"Winston!" she jumped towards him. He truly was her comforting husband. "Aria, did you have fun today?" he asked, carrying her around. "Fun? Not really," she told him. What was there to be fun today? Having those weird nightmares, Bai trying to get Calix, those weird thoughts.

She sighed heavily. "Winston, if something happens one day, let's run from Beast City with the others" she whispered very slowly so only he could hear it. Although he didn't know what was on her mind, he just agreed with her. "Don't worry, I will always be by your side." And he did just that, assuring her that he would always be by her side. It was a simple yet powerful declaration of loyalty and commitment, and it was evident that Winston was willing to do whatever it took to protect and support her.

She felt relief when Winston didn't question her weird suggestion. All she needed was her mate to be safe. If the ape king was by her side, there was no guarantee that there was no guarantee that a new villain wouldn't appear in the near future.

Just to be safe, she needed to mate with Calix as soon as possible. If he wasn't hers, he could betray her easily. 'Trust is precious to me.' Therefore, she was determined to take the necessary steps to establish a strong and unbreakable connection with Calix.
