Thinking Out Loud

In honor of me having my Ed concert tonight, I wanted to write a Niam one-shot based off of it :)

Niall's P.O.V:

Today is the day, it's finally here. It feels like I've been waiting ages for this night to come and it's finally here. Yup, tonight I'm going to see Ed Sheeran in concert.

I know you may think it's weird for a teenage boy to be freaking out about going to see Ed Sheeran, but Ed is a huge role model for me. I love his music and he's overall just an amazing artist. I want to be like him one day.

"Liam!!!!" I yelled running down the hallway of our apartment to the living room which Liam was in.

I ran over to him on the couch and jumped into his lap. He groaned from my sudden weight on his lap but then tightened his arms around me.

"Can I help you?" Liam asked looking at me with one eyebrow raised.

"You do know what today is right?" I asked.

"Of course baby. We're going to see Ed tonight." He smiled.

"Do you know what else?" I asked as he started kissing my neck.

"Mhm." He said pulling his face from my neck. "Happy anniversary baby." He smiled kissing my lips sweetly.

"Happy anniversary Payno." I kissed him back.

Yeah, Liam and I have been dating for 5 years as of today. I know what you're thinking, that's a long fucking time. But yeh, we've been dating since I was a freshman in high school and he was the semi popular sophomore. He got me these tickets last year on my birthday and thought it would be the perfect anniversary date. He was hella right.

"So should we go get ready then? We need to leave soon." Liam said. I glanced at the clock to see it said 3 p.m and the concert started at 7:30 pm.

"Only if you shower with me Payne." I smirked at him.

"Delighted." He said and picked me off the couch and carried me with him to the shower.

45 minutes and a round of shower sex later, Liam and I were ready to get on the road.

"What do you say to going somewhere to eat? Since we have 3 hours and the venue is only an hour away." He suggested.

"Food always sounds good to me Payno." I smiled as he drove towards Nandos.

We pulled up to Nandos and went inside. We sat at our signature table we sat at on our first date. We ordered the usual with Liam forcing himself to pay as always. It's not even worth protesting anymore.

"Hey guys!" We heard a voice as we were about to leave.

"Harry!" I yelled going to hug my curly headed best friend.

Harry was the first person I met here when I moved back in middle school. We've been best friends ever since and he was actually the one who helped me grow the guts to talk to Liam. But that's okay because I gave him the guts to go talk to his current boyfriend of 4 years, Louis.
