One day y/n's parents left on a business trip, leaving her with twilight and her parents, y/n was just 5 years old when a knock came at twilight's parent's door. It was the ponys that knew her parents saying they didn't make it to their destination because the train they took crashed. Y/n was left living with twilight and her family taking her in as their own.
So y/n is adopted by twilights parents but only her family and twilight knows shes adopted since y/n wanted to keep everything a secret so to the other pony's , they are just really close friends.
Y/n is a unicorn and is the element of compassion

A little bit more info incase this is confusing, y/n will go to the human world with twilight and spike. So she's originally a pony! I will say more stuff when we're more into the story since I don't wanna say everything all at once!
