It was the middle of the night and you were fast asleep on the hard wooden floor next to the couch. You had been too tired to make it back to the family room to sleep on the sofa, so you slept near Bakugo.

You had planned to stay up for a while but once you hit the floor, you dozed off in the comfortable warmth of the living room.

However, your peaceful slumber was soon about to be abruptly interrupted.

You were jolted awake by Bakugo's urgent voice. His hand was shaking your shoulder and his face contorted with worry and fear. "Hey, wake up," he hissed, shaking your shoulder urgently.

You groaned and flipped yourself over, covering your face with the blanket. Unexpectedly, your blanket flies off of you, and you were met with the cold atmosphere.

"Uso-tsuki, wake the fuck up!" Bakugo repeated, his voice barely above a whisper.

Confused and disoriented, you sat up and rubbed the sleep from your eyes as you took in the sight of Bakugo kneeling next to you, his hands pressed against his temples. "You ok?" you asked, your voice thick with drowsiness.

He looked at you and it surprised you when his usually sharp and biting words were replaced with a strained tone as he responded. "It's nothing, we got to go."

"It doesn't look like nothing."

"What do you want me to say? I have a fucking headache?" he grumbled, his voice low and gruff.

You could see the tension in his jaw and the sweat on his forehead, evidence of his discomfort.

Bakugo stood up, clearly fighting the pain of the headache. "Why are you so fucking slow? Get up!"

You sat there for a moment, Bakugo's words were still echoing in your head as you tried to make sense of them. "What? Why? What's going on?" you asked, your heart starting to race with fear.

Bakugo muttered under his breath and grabbed your arm, pulling you up from the floor.

You stumbled slightly, still feeling disoriented from being woken up so suddenly.

"There's no time to explain, we're in danger."

Your heart started racing as you looked around the dark room. You couldn't see anything that could hurt you, but the thought of an unknown danger sent shivers down your spine. "What do we do?" you asked, feeling a sense of panic rising in your chest.

"We have to leave," Bakugo said, his tone leaving no room for argument. Without wasting any time, Bakugo dragged you out of the living room and into the kitchen.

He searched around the pitch black kitchen, staring into the dark corners of the room. "Where's my damn shoes?"

You rubbed your hands on your pants, trying to get rid of the sweatiness but causing more to accumulate.

You cleared your throat, looking to your side and seeing the mat of shoes. You knew where the shoes exactly were but you couldn't remember anything. You cleared your throat, "Here."

You threw him his shoes, Bakugo instinctively catching the shoes and throwing them on the ground.

"Put your damn shoes on before I make you walk in the snow barefooted."

You nodded and grabbed your shoes, quickly putting them on. Your hands shook as you tried to tie your shoes, why did everything suddenly become so hard to do?

"Why are you so slow? Move it!" He hissed as he searched through drawers.

Once you heard a jingle you knew what he was thinking.
