'Whoosh-'

The doors of the laboratory opens revealing the time manipulator coming in with stacks of papers in her arms. She makes her way inside the dimly lit room, the one lamp that was open in the room provided her enough light to see.

She walks to one of the tables in the lab and puts the papers down onto it. Slapping her hands to get rid of the dusts, she turned around to go out but then she spotted a familiar white hat sitting on top of a table.

She goes to look at the hat and noticed that there was someone sleeping beside it. Well, was sleeping but that person has now woken up when the sudden noise of her footsteps had stirred him awake.

Solar who was awoken looked over to see who made the noise, he was met with a pair of blue eyes looking at him.

"Sorry! Didn't mean to wake you up." Ying apologised, her hands met together as a way to say that she was sorry.

"It's fine." The light element tiredly said, fixing his round glasses. He stretched his arms that was stiff from sleeping in the same position for who knows how many hours.

"Huaa...Why are you here?" He asked yawning. "I'm delivering the documents about the research that the Commander asked us to do." Ying replied, pointing her thumb towards the papers behind her.

"What are you doing here?" The glasses girl asked him next. She knows he did not have any work given to him.

Knowing him, the only reason Ying thought of why he could be here was that he was doing experiments and must've stayed up all night while doing so.

"Experiments." Solar answered.

'Knew it.' Ying sighed internally. She was used to seeing the light element coming out of the laboratory whenever she passed by. She wondered why he was like this when the normal him wasn't even much of a 'studious' person.

Looking at his appearance, she saw that he was wearing a normal round glasses instead of his usual orange visor. Ying noticed that whenever he does his experiments or in the lab, he always changed it to the round glasses.

Without the orange-tinted visor, his original eye colour could be seen. Ying stared at his eyes, noticing that it was a grey colour, which she thought was orange at first because of the visor.

But when the light from the lamp hits his eyes it reflected like mercury. She concluded that his eyes must be silver instead of the normal grey colour.

"What?.." Solar quietly asked her when she stared at him for too long, his cheeks were a little bit red.

Ying snapped out of her thoughts and apologised again. "Sorry, I was just surprised that your eyes were silver." She sheepishly smiled, rubbing the back of her neck.

Solar blinks his eyes twice. "I'm amazed that you could tell that it was silver and not grey." He said, turning to the front to clean up the mess on the table. "Lots of people couldn't figure that out the first time." He added.

"Really? Hmm~" Ying hums surprised to know that. She then wanders her eyes around the table and spotted the orange visor that he usually wears. She took the visor to take a closer look.

Out of curiosity, she decided to wear the visor, taking off her glasses before she puts it on.

As Ying puts the visor on, the view of her surroundings became orange coloured. She blinks confusedly.

"Woahh, It's orange." She said amazed.

Solar looked over at her, he saw that she had put on his visor. Finishing up his task, he turns to her, leaning on the desk.
