You watched as Miyeon paced in front of you, her expression filled with a mix of anger and frustration. "Y/N, sometimes selfishness comes with consequences." She cautioned. The man who had dragged you into the basement abruptly left, leaving just the two of you alone.

Her words weighed heavily on you as she continued, a smirk tugging at the corner of her lips. "Think carefully, darling. Both your mother and daughter are at my mercy, waiting for your decision. Don't you want to protect them from harm?"

An intense wave of desperation flooded over you, urging you to protect your loved ones. "Keep my family out of this!" You shouted, barely able to contain your anger.

Miyeon merely chuckled, seemingly unaffected by your pleas. "You don't need a family." She spat, her voice dripping with disdain. "You're always hopping from one person to another, whoring my sister and that other woman."

Before Miyeon could finish her sentence, her phone rang, interrupting the tense atmosphere. She hastily retrieved it from her pocket and listened intently to the caller, her expression morphing into one of shock.

"What do you mean she escaped?" She barked into the phone, her frustration palpable. "Find her and bring her to safety!" With those words, she slammed her phone onto the ground, cursing under her breath.

"Damn it! Why is she my sister? Always acting on her whims without considering anyone else!"

Enraged, Miyeon turned her attention back to you. "I suppose you're useless now." She sneered, pulling out a knife from her pocket.

Fear pricked at your consciousness as you locked eyes with her, helplessly watching her advance towards you.

"Fuck." You whispered, the reality of the situation sinking in.

You gasped as a searing pain tore through your stomach, realising the knife had found its mark. Blood surged from the wound, and your gaze darted to Miyeon, who appeared equally shocked by her own actions. However, her shock quickly transformed into a twisted smile.

"You don't deserve my sister." She seethed. Dizziness overwhelmed you, weakness spreading throughout your body. Another gasp escaped your lips as Miyeon withdrew the knife from your abdomen.

"Do you love her? Did you love my sister?" She demanded, her voice betraying a desperate yearning for answers, while pressing the blade against your vulnerable body. The excruciating pain intensified, making it difficult to form coherent thoughts.

"I... did..." You managed to utter, your voice strained with agony.

"Before." You finished.

Suddenly, the piercing sound of a gunshot shattered the tense atmosphere. Miyeon gasped, dropping the knife from her hand and collapsing to the floor.

Your gaze shifted upwards, adrenaline coursing through your veins as you saw Sana descending the stairs, wearing a triumphant smile.

"I knew you would choose me over Mina, my beloved Y/N," Sana declared, her eyes gleaming with possessiveness.

She approached you, tenderly kissing your forehead. "You know how deeply I love you, my dear. You have a way of making me truly happy."

"Even in death, I will stand by your side, my love. You belong to me." Sana whispered, her voice filled with conviction as your consciousness ebbed away.

Sana strolled through the house with a confident smile on her face, anticipation stirring within her. The absence of people led her to believe they were gathered in the living room, their laughter and the sound of the TV carrying through the halls.
