"

A bratty pop song played in the background poorly concealing the heavy breaths, strained moans, and rhythmic slaps.

Y/N had been standing outside of their New York apartment for an hour in bewilderment of the two randoms having sex inside.

...

Y/N sent a text to Nevada for the best answer to the situation, since out of all the states he's probably been the most likely to have been in that situation.

It took longer than expected for him to answer, but finally got the awaited jumbled mess of alliteration.

"🙀 I cn't  beleave that happened to u babe"

"you shold bust rhet door in rn!!!🤬"

"i'll come over soon as backup🫡"

Y/N hearted the last text before softly opening the door. It had taken a while to get used to the almost erie quiet of a silky smooth doorknob when they had first moved in, but now it was their favorite feature.

Y/N calmly walked in the direction of the uncomfortably noise, their soft running shoes cushioning their steps.

Luckily for them, the impulsive pair that was entangled in their sheets had left the door open.

Y/N sent a simple 'im going in' text to Nevada before using their finger tip to push the door open.

...

"Did- you hear something?" Florida breathlessly said as Louisiana puffed out the last of their portable stash.

A sultry hum slid from Louisiana before he answered. "Neighbors?" Florida rolled his eyes and pushed back into his closest confidant.

Louisiana bit back a moan before pulling out softly sweeping through his choppy hair. "Serious answer Flo, N/N don't give their keys to anyone but York. And if he heard us he wouldna touched here with a ten-foot pole."

Florida inaudibly whined at the odd empty feeling before sitting up.

"Okay~ But Y/N doesn't have neighbors 'cause Yorkie wouldn't want to touch them with a ten-foot pole." Louisiana prettily mused at Florida blinding tracing his features that were outlined with sweat. "Any other-"

Florida stopped mid-sentence, a violent shade of red almost immediately splashed on their face.

"Y-Y/N?" His uncharacteristic voice crack and waver caught Louisiana, then took a moment to process his words and Florida's direct stare at something behind him.

One look behind him and there they were, Y/N stood at the door, with an almost disappointed? look on their face.

Y/N soundlessly walked out the room, pulling out their phone on exit. Louisiana snapped his head back to Florida who had just done the same. He could read the antsy expression with ease and the two of them immediately threw on clothes, ignoring the patronizing Ariana Grande song in the background.

...

"Nevermind 'Vada, false alarm."

I could hear Nevada pout over the phone.
