It was Monday morning at the office, the coffee machine was whirling, the paper was printing, and the staff were working as Ryan scrambled into the office, "Hey, have they left for the big meeting yet? I got Michael's lucky tie." He held the freshly washed tie and jeans up.

"No, they're in the conference room." Jim looked up from his yogurt container.

"Okay."

"Wait, are those Michael's Levis?" Pam piped up.

"Yeah. Who dry-cleans jeans?"

~

"Michael and his jeans." Pam shook her head as the cameraman. "He gets in them and... I'm not exactly sure what happens, but I can tell you, he loves the way he looks in those jeans. I know that's why he started casual Fridays." She reminisced on the not-so-fond memories of Michael and his jeans.

~

Back in the present day, "I'll take those." Pam insisted as Ryan handed the woman the jeans. "Thanks." She threw the Levis under her desk.

I was now later in the day, Michael and Jan were in the conference room, "This is a projection of the county's needs." Jan spread out documents across the table.

"Wow, graphs and charts. Somebody's really been doing their homework." Michael raised his brows to the camera. "Looks like USA Today."

"Thirteen schools, two hospitals..." Jan trailed off into an explanation.

~

"So this possible client they're talking about. Actually, a big deal. It's Lackawanna County." Jim described to the crew. "Our whole county. And if we get this, they might not have to downsize our branch. And I could work here for years. And years and... years." His face dropped.

~

"So, when we get to the Radisson, I'd like to--" Jan started her discussion up again.

"Oh, I changed it to Chili's." Michael chimed in.

"Excuse me?"

"Radisson just gives out this vibe. It's like, 'Oh, I'm doing business at the Radisson' It's kinda snooty, so..." Michael cringed as he glanced between the camera and Jan.

Jan crossed her arms over her chest, "You had no right to do that, Michael."

"Here's the thing, Chili's... is the new golf course. It's where business happens." Michael mentioned. "Small Businessman Magazine." He quoted.

"It said that."

"It will. I sent it in. Letter to the editor."

Jan sighed before leaning in as Michael did the same, "All right. But you will let me run this meeting." She forced, gritting her teeth.
