It was Thursday, the staff were all stuck in a work trance as Dwight bounced on his yoga ball, "You should get one of these." He notified Jim as he balanced himself.

"No. Thank you."

"Do you even know what this is?" Dwight asked as Jim ignored him. "It is a fitness orb. And it has completely changed my life." He revealed, circling his pelvis into the ball. "Forget everything you thought you knew about ab workouts."

Jim looked to the camera, "Done."

"This ab workout is specifically designed to strengthen your core." Dwight bobbed up and down as he bumped a picture frame over. "Sorry."

"That's all right." Jim fixed his picture frame.

"Numerous health benefits." Dwight exhaled heavily. "Strengthens your back. Better performance in sports. More enjoyable sex."

"You're not having sex."

Dwight eyed the camera with a small smirk, "Plus, it improves your reflexes." He notified, hitting his desk and causing Jim's lamp to fall over. "See, I would've caught that."

"Okay, you know what, uh, how much is that?"

"It's only twenty-five bucks."

"Wow. Um, okay." Jim grabbed a pair of scissors before wandering around to the fitness orb, he shoved the scissors into the yoga ball, it exploded and Dwight dropped to the floor.

"Today, we're having performance reviews company-wide," Pam explained to the camera crew. "Last year, my performance review started with Michael asking me what my hopes and dreams were, and it ended with him telling me he could bench-press 190 pounds. So I don't know what to expect." She pursed her lips.

Pam was sitting in the main office with Michael opposite her, he looked up from his notes, "Pam, you're trustworthy." He revealed to the woman.

"Thank you."

"And a woman."

"Oh no."

"And I want you to listen to a voicemail from my boss," Michael instructed before pressing a button on his phone. Michael was so fast, Pam had no choice but to listen.

"Michael, it's Jan. I guess I missed you. I'll, uh, be there this afternoon for performance reviews. I hope it's understood that that will be our only topic of discussion. See you soon." Jan stated.

Michael stopped the recording, "First impressions?" His brow cocked as he crossed his arms.

"Uh, just off the top, I think she'll be here this afternoon." Pam decoded.
