It was a quiet morning at Dunder Mifflin, "All right Jim your quarterlies look very good." Michael looked from his document to the young salesman that sat across from him. "How the things going with the library?"

"Oh, I told you, I couldn't close it so..." Jim muffled, fist to his cheek.

"So you've come to the master for...guidance?" Michael opened his arms. "Is this what you're saying grasshopper?" He grinned, looking at the camera.

"Actually, you call me in here, but yeah."

"All right, well let me show you how it's done." Michael sat up to grab his phone.

Michael sat on a phone call as Jim waited along patiently, "Yes, I like to speak to your office manager, please..." He requested as the line transferred. "Yes, hello. This is Michael Scott, I am the Regional Manager of Dunder Mifflin paper products. Just wanted to talk to you manager à manager."

~

Whilst Michael was making his important call, in the bullpen the other staff worked their usual routines, Angela was printing accounting reports for Oscar who was filing them whilst also simultaneously being distracted by Kevin who ate his M&M's. Nearby, at reception, Pam sat on a call before transferring it to the sales department, where Stanley and Phyllis were talking about weekend plans, behind them sat Dwight in an unusual green attire, opposite him was, Isabelle who took a call, "Hi, Isabelle Torres, how can I help you today?" A small brunette answered.

~

"All right, done deal!" Michael exclaimed, still on his call. "Thank you very much, sir! You're a gentleman in the scolar." His gaze lowers. "Oh I'm sorry, okay, I'm sorry, my mistake." The man cleared his throat before ending the call. "That was a woman I was talking to, so. She had a very low voice. Probably a smoker. So...so that's the way it's done!"

~

Now outside the office, Michael stands near the Dunder Mifflin sign, "I've been in Dunder Mifflin for twelve years, the last four as regional manager. If you want to come through here." Michael invited the camera crew into the office bullpen. "So we have the entire floor, so this is my kingdom, as far as the eye can see, ah, this is our receptionist Pam." He tapped on the desk as the woman looked up. "Pam, Pam Pam! Pam Beesly. Pam has been with us for...forever, right Pam?"

"Well, I don't know!" Pam lifted her shoulders in unsureness.

"If you think she's cute now you should have seen her a couple of years ago!" Michael meowed.

"What?"

"Any messages?" Michael spoke swiftly, moving on.

"Yeah, just a fax." Pam passed over the document.
