"Here are the things I have analyzed from yesterday's match." Karasu began as she sat on the floor with a small pile of documents in her hand. It was early in the morning when she had the volleyball team meet with her for a moment so she could discuss the data she had gathered as well as advice for the 5 players she played with and against for.
"For Hinata, although you have great physical attributes especially your speed and jumping, it's clear how you've solely focused on training your spiking skills. But because of that your blocking, receiving or even understanding of volleyball is abysmal." She crossed her arms as she handed him his paper. 'She even has a 1x1 picture of him!' the rest of the members thought as well as wincing at how blunt and harsh she was.
But Hinata only seemed confused "abysmal?"
"Horrible, lackluster, not good-"
"Ack! I get it! No need to say all those words." Hinata cried as he clutched his paper. Kageyama smirked from beside the boy, having already expected this sort of outcome. "But with that said your people skills are good, excellent if anything with how you're able to connect with Kageyama, I wrote down a customized exercising plan for you that will make even someone like you with a huge stamina get tired." She added with a scary smile, as if she'd eat the orange haired boy alive for breakfast.
"And you're no better Kageyama, you're the opposite with Hinata, while he's good with people you're awkward, and you do remember why you were called the King of the court right?"
His smirk disappeared as his head hung low, hurt but it was the truth, he clenched his fists. He could hear the sound of paper folding or being scrunched up, was she perhaps crumpling up his paper and was going to throw it away-
pack
His head finally looked up as a paper airplane hit the top of his head, he unfolded the paper, it had his picture on it. "Personally, I get why you acted like that, and if anything, we're the same. We're passionate about something so much we want it to go perfect, we want to control it. But I at least understand that we can't and shouldn't control everything and we shouldn't forget about other people's feelings." She lectured him.
The members gawked at her, gone was the arrogant persona of Karasu's well.. until she laughed "I'm perfect after all so I never got into the same problem as you did!"
'never mind..'
"You're physical attributes are good, but I added a workout and exercise plan for you like I did with Hinata." She drawled, "You're working on your personality already, I'd say you just need to work on communicating properly with your teammates and truly understand that volleyball is a team sport, you're not alone. As well as handling the trauma you got from Kitagawa Daiichi."
"Hai!"
"Next is Tsukishima." She frowned "I don't really know why you're here with that attitude, you act like you don't care about volleyball and I sense no strong drive or motivation from you intentionally at that." She handed the megane his paper, ignoring his stunned expression as well as the confused expressions of most of the other members. "You probably won't even do it but I added a work out plan for you. Your blocks are good even if it's clear you aren't doing it 120%. Your receives are the same as Hinata though which you'll need to work on."
"Is that all?" Tsukki asked with a mix of an annoyed and bored expression. "If I told you to watch your shitty attitude you wouldn't huh?" She asked with a smirk that mirrored the megane's, "Fine then, at least use that attitude of yours against the opponents too." She said before turning to his freckled friend, she gave him his paper "You lack experience just like Hinata, but you lack the physical attributes that Hinata makes up for. You haven't been training or exercising even before entering the volleyball club this year, noh?"
