Madison's POV...

We were watching TV at Pigsy's shop, "Once a year, this city becomes more than a city. Once a year, these streets....become more than streets. This year, the winner will become...immortal!" It showed racers and a peach of immortality, "A Peach of immortality!" I see Pigsy watch us, "Uhh...Peach of what now?" Mei and MK both gasp dramatically, "Pigsy, seriously." They start to explain and argue what a peach of immortality is and how Pigsy doesn't understand what they are, Mr. Tang clears his throat, "If you'll allow me. Legends say there is a sacred field of trees which grows in the heavenly realm, protected by the gods themselves and were planted by the goddess Demeter. Every few thousand years, these trees bring forth the peaches of immortality. Against the wishes of the heavenly host, the Monkey King and Persephone took them all. Making themselves immortal! "Cool." I love when Mr. Tang tells a story, "Hold up. I thought Monkey King and Persephone were already immortal."

"Pigsy, you're missing the point! Whoever wins this race will..."

3rd Person's POV...(This chapter will mostly be in 3rd Person)

"Live forever!" Red Son said finishing Mei's sentence, "Are you two even listening?" PIF looks at her hand, "Uhh...something about peaches? Look, your schemes are quaint. But I've never much cared for stone fruit." Red Son looked confused, "But...the peaches are powerful." PIF looks back at him, "Like the weather station was powerful? Why don't you run along, hmm? Can't you see Mummy and Daddy have important business with an ancient power source." PIF shows the bulk clones were mining for something and DBK watches them, "Fine!" Red Son yells making D.B.K. look at him, "You two stay here in your hole, digging up your 'mysterious power source'. Ugh! I am going to win the race! And when I get that peach, I'm not sharing!" Red Son leaves, "Foolish boy. If I were to race, I would crush him!" "It would be wrong is us to shatter our son's ambitions. That's far too cruel. Even for demons." They smirk and start to laugh. (I can't tell if they're good parents or bad parents.)

Madison's POV...

Me and MK are outside while Mei cleans her White Dragon Horse Motorcycle, "This is huge! Those other racers won't stand a chance! Especially that one racer: Twilight Traveler." Oh yeah that one racer who wins every time for like—what 4 years? "Right? I know the track like the back of my hand. The back alleys, the front  alleys, the sideways alleys, the sideways alleys, all the alleys! I was made for this!" Mei stands on her motorcycle posing, "Yep! I'm totally going to win this thing." Uh oh, "Wait. What? You're not racing! I'm racing! You've been watching me train for months! This should not be a surprise!" I'm gonna intervene for a minute, "She's right. Mei's been practicing her butt off for this." I high-five Mei, "Oh! Yeah. Uhh...I just thought you were doing that stuff for me." He smiles cutely at Mei and I'm trying so hard not to laugh.

Mei glares at MK, "But upon reflection, yep, that doesn't make much sense." He does a fake death and falls to the ground, "How would you even...There is no way you'd beat me." MK gets up, "Ahh...I do too could beat you. I'm a delivery boy. Pretty sure I know how to drive real good." I see Mr. Tang come with two flags: one for Mei and another with a crescent moon for Twilight, Mei and MK notice him too, "Mr. Tang, who's the better driver? Mei or me?" MK saw Mei's flags and gasped, "No surprise there, dude." "This is very uncomfortable." He runs away, "What was that run?" Seriously what was that? "Whatever! I'm absolutely gonna win! Maddie you gonna join?" They look at me, "Nope. I'm not allowed to race after the incident." They look at me confused, but Mei turns her attention back to MK.

"How!? You know you need a vehicle to race, right?" "Oh. I've got a vehicle." He's gonna the Tuk-Tuk, okay might as well get ready for the race.
