Melo: My sister doesn't understand that Saturday is a day of rest.

[Meme: I'm sorry, I don't take orders... I barely take suggestions.]

Comments:

Eda: Your sister pays your tuition, and if she says 'study,' it means studying, not 'hanging out on Twitter.'

Deniz: Aw, Melocim. Baby, let her rest some. Poor thing!

Eda: When @melolo starts working and paying her own bills, she can choose when she rests.

"Eda, look! There are so many horses!"

Eda smiled at her sister's joy as they walked by the stables.

"Let's say 'hello' to Serkan and his mum, and then we can go see the horses, alright?"

Kiraz wasn't too excited at this idea. But she held on to her sister's hand as they walked towards the main house.

"Good afternoon, Teyze!" Kiraz called with a smile, seeing Aydan.

"Canim, look how gorgeous you look today!" Aydan responded with a broad smile.

Serkan's mother had fallen in love with Kiraz the first time she'd seen her at the hospital, and she'd been warm and loving toward her the way she hadn't with Ferit and Eda in the beginning.

Aydan's attitude towards the siblings only transformed when Mustafa became ill. Aydan and Ayfer had bonded in a way they never expected. Having lost Alp recently, Aydan found purpose in assisting pregnant Ayfer to care for her husband so she could take better care of herself and her daughters. Eda and Ayden had spent long hours together during this time cooking, organizing the house, and even cleaning. And Aydan's reticence toward her was eventually won over by the young woman's compassion and good humor.

Aydan had noticed how Eda, young as she was, cared for and protected her family with all her heart. She worked and went to school; she pushed herself to the bone without complaint. And when Kiraz had been born premature, after a complicated labor that almost ended Ayfer's life, Eda had swallowed up her own feelings and done everything in her power to support her little sister.

At this time, while Ayfer recuperated, Aydan became even closer with the family as she cared for Mustafa with Seyfi's help. She'd even developed a more profound friendship with the grumpy engineer by providing friendly conversation with the man while he underwent his long hours of chemo.

Eda had been so thankful to Aydan for her unexpected assistance. Even more so years later, when she'd discovered that Aydan had recommended her for that paid internship at the prestigious architecture firm she'd been hired at the time. Eda had been able to quit her second job at her family flower shop to focus on school and caring for her sisters, which had been a blessing.
