"Fuck you, Gerard Callon!" Her words kept banging in my head since I left school for the training center.

Even though she was about to take me down, she looked damn sexy. The way her skirt swirled around those soft thighs when she walked past me made me want to bury my head between them, just like the other night.

And I will. Soon.

A rough push on my judogi's collar, and suddenly I was airborne, smacking hard against the ground. A loud groan slipped out of my mouth.

"Who's stealing your focus, Son?" My dad's familiar black eyes locked onto mine. I shut my eyes tight and pushed myself up.

"No one." I extended my hands, clutching the collar of his uniform.

We spar in our spare judo matches twice a month - the only times I get to see him. We hardly chat or call, not since I left home three years ago.

"I doubt that, judging by how your pupils keep dilating," he remarked, suppressing a groan as I pulled him close.

"You shouldn't let some girls distract you, Gerard. There's more to focus on in my company," his eyebrows twitched up a bit-something I detested.

"She's not just some girl," I gritted, my voice strained.

"So, it is a girl. Who is she? Why..." He didn't finish his sentence before I tossed him over my shoulder, both of us hitting the floor.

"None of your business," I declared, wrapping my legs around his right arm and giving it a firm tug.

He swiftly tapped his hands, and I let go of his arms, sitting up.

I observed him moving away, coughing a bit.

"You've become tougher than last time, Son. When are you coming home?" he inquired with a small chuckle.

"I don't plan to," I forced myself up, retying my judogi belt.

He stood up as well.

"Gerard..." he grabbed my right shoulder, but I shoved it away forcefully.

"Why don't you just keep quiet and stop asking me questions? I'm not interested in your life or your company, father," I muttered, walking past him.

"Your mum..." his voice echoed, and I halted in my tracks.

"She misses you. You can't think of abandoning her forever."

I didn't respond; I just kept walking, heading to the dressing room.

I parked my car near the usual club and snagged my black jacket before stepping out.

"Hey handsome," a petite voice burst in my right ear the moment I entered the VIP section.

I spun around to spot a lively brown-haired girl rocking bold red lipstick. Her eyes slid sensually over me as she approached, snagging my arm.

"You up for tonight? I'll make it real good for you," she giggled, rolling her eyes.

I recognize her. Actually, I know them all. My gaze shifted from her to the other girls, barely covered in next to nothing, twerking away. They're just after a guy with the dough. I've got the cash, but I don't need them.

There's only one person I'm here for tonight.

"I'm good," I replied, swiftly pulling her hand off my arm.

I settled into my regular spot on the couch in the center, adjusting my hips in anticipation of what's to come. I leaned back, planting both arms on the couch, at ease as my eyes fixed on her on the pole. The only one who gets me damn excited every time.
