Visions (The Price That Would Be Paid)

"Hades... we can't do this to another child. We can't take one of our sons variants life. That's just wrong!" The woman that looked like my Mom, but younger, told my Dad, who was also younger. "Maria... we need to save our son!" My Dad yelled at her. The scene changed and it looked like they were in a dark cave of some sort.

"This isn't a good idea." It was my Mom told my Dad. "This is the only idea I have left, do you want our son to die?" My Dad had asked my Mom who shook her head no but then answered with, "But I don't want to take another variant of Nico's life away from them just so our son can keep his life, that just isn't fair." My Dad had looked at my Mom with tears in his eyes, I had also saw that my Mom was crying, "Please let me do this. We-I-Nico needs to live." My Mom sighed, "I just hope the price you're willing to pay is worth it."

My Dad took baby me into his hands and walked deeper into the cave while my Mom waited for him. I saw my Dad go to a stream that was deep in the cave and set baby me down in the stream. He started mumbling something in a language that I've never heard before. When he finished, imagines in the water showed up showing a baby. It looked exactly like me, but of course a baby and a girl. My Dad looked at baby me and he saw that my breathing was slowing down and he saw that my face was turning very pale. He put baby me in the image and light flashed and baby me started crying and color came back to my face.

My Dad picked me up and was about to walk back to Mom when a voice stopped him, "You really think you'll get away doing that without there being a price, Hades?" My Dad sighed and he turned around, "What is the price?" My Dad asked. "The first of January when your son is 16, his destined fate will come to him."

The image changed and I was no longer in the cave with my Dad, instead I was in a hospital, with different people but they looked familiar. "She was just fine a minute ago!" Yelled the woman that sounded like the girl version of my Dad. The baby was coughing, her olive color skin was turning pale, fast.

"Mom, what's happening!?" Bianco asked, he looked scared. The girl version of my Dad shrugged and the boy version of my Mom was tearing up, "You don't think it was the other variants of you... right? That's taking our sweet baby Nicole's life?"

I woke up in cold sweat for some reason and the words, "The first of January when your son is 16, his destined fate will come to him." Whatever that is to come is coming soon, it's soon going to be January.

I was about to hopefully go back to sleep but that was ruined when I threw up blood all over myself and the sheets.
