Part 13 ~ Things Just Got Interesting

Seungmin's pov-
Seungmin was bringing more decorations to the living room when he heard Chan and Changbin talking. Being the nosey puppy he is, he listened.

"I hope I'm not overstepping but do you like Sae? I've seen the way you look at her." He heard Changbin ask Chan.

"No why?"
"Okay maybe a little bit but I can't do that to Minho. We have gotten a lot closer recently and I don't want to ruin that friendship or complicate thinks in the group." Seungmin heard Chan's reply and immediately got excited. He had to hear all the time from Sae how much she was in love with Chan. Maybe this was the time for them to get together.

He gained his composure and walked in the room acting like he didn't hear anything.

"Oh hey Seungmin! You have the other decorations?" Changbin asked. Seungmin couldn't help but blush slightly at the question. He was starting to fall hard for Changbin. Even the simplest things made him weak and fall for him harder. He obviously hasn't told him yet unsure of how the rest of the group would react.

"Yep this should be the rest of them." He said.

"Ok just set them on the table. We are almost done with these."

"Okay." Seungmin placed the decorations on the table and walked into the kitchen where Sae and Felix were making a mess.

"Felix your making a mess!" Sae laughed.

"Sorry! Baking is messy just go with it" Felix replied.

"You got frosting all over my face! How does that even happen?"

"You know... that's a really good question." Felix leaned towards her tucking her hair behind her ear and wiping the frosting off her face. It almost looked like a scene from a K-drama where the leads realize they are in love.

Seungmin cleared his throat and they looked at him with big eyes. Neither of them had noticed he was standing there.

"Sorry am I interrupting something? I can leave" Seungmin asked shyly turning to leave the kitchen.

"No not at all we were just making a big mess as you can see" Felix replied. Seungmin looked around the kitchen. They really did make a huge mess. There was frosting all over the floor and counter. They somehow even managed to get frosting on the celling. He then looked towards the cake. The cake sat there without any trace of frosting on it. So they got frosting everywhere but the cake. Seungmin thought. I can never leave these two alone to make a cake again.

"You guys should probably get cleaned up. Jisung said he would be back in an hour or so as Minho is starting to get suspicious" They had already been gone for 4 hours and it was getting late. Jisung is good at keeping Minho busy but not that good.

"Ok that actually sound quite nice right now. I am all sweaty from baking with this chicken." Sae replied.

The two walked out of the kitchen to get ready leaving Seungmin alone in his thoughts. I thought Sae liked Chan back. Does Felix also like Sae? If he does this is going to be a huge problem. Seungmin groaned his thoughts becoming too overwhelming to think about.

"You ok Seungmin?" The muscular guy behind him asked. When in the world did he get here?

"Yes...?" he replied.

"You don't sound very convincing"

"It's complicated"

"Want to talk?" Did he just ask me to talk? I mean I have talked to him for years but recently it's different. I can't stand being in the same room as him anymore. I keep dreaming about him and I can't look at him the same way.

"It's nothing really to talk about. Look at the mess this kitchen is. Felix and Sae made a mess and now I have to clean it up" Very convincing cover up Seungmin.

"I can help you"

"YES- I mean its fine. I can do it myself. There isn't much to-" Before he could finish his sentence Changbin had already started cleaning the kitchen.

It only took about 15 minutes for the cake to be finished and the kitchen to be spotless. There was a comfortable silence between the two with the occasional eye contact that made his heart flutter.

"We should probably get changed Minho and Han should be home any minute." Changbin suggested.

"Mhm" was all Seungmin could get out before he left the room.

A/N

Not the book turning into a Seungbin story.

I promise I am not dead and I am so sorry for the very long break in between updates. I should now be back to writing this book and will hopefully update at least once a week.

Also what ships do you want to see in this book. They could be any even outside of Straykids. Straykids x Other groups if you want. Please let me know I don't know who else to make drama out of.

Last thing, please comment on the story I love seeing the comments and they make me more motivated to write.
