Part 17~ Japanese Grand Prix

Today is the day. The day of the Japanese Grand Prix and Sae could not be more excited. All the hard work she has put in over the last few weeks to preform in front of a new audience of people for a sport she loved made it worth it.

They had just arrived at the track and started to record a new SKZ Talker episode as they haven't done one in a while and this was a unique experience. 
"Everyone say hi to Stay" Hyunjin said swinging the camera around to capture all the members.
Chan and Felix were getting their hair and makeup done, Changbin and Seungmin were getting dressed, Han was laying on one couch with his head on Minho's lap asleep, Sae was sitting opposite of them on the other couch zoned out with Hyunjin, and I.N was doing vocal warmups in the next room. 

"SAE!" Seungmin half yelled trying to get her attention. "Are you okay?"

"Yes, I'm fine. Just a bit nervous." Nervous was an understatement. She has been so worried about messing up the anthem, seeing her parents, and everything else happening that she forgot to take care of herself, making it worse. She didn't want anyone worrying about her so she tried her best to hide everything.

"The stylists need you to get ready" Chan said walking in behind him slightly eyeing Sae in a way that showed he knew something was wrong but didn't know what.

"Oh, thanks!" Sae said running into the next room to get ready.

A few hours(minutes) later everyone was ready for the national anthem. A few Formula 1 staff members walked into the dressing room to guide them to the start/finish line were the anthem would take place. They also gave them a rundown of everything else that was happening throughout the day and where they could watch the race before preforming later that night.

Walking through the pit lane and grid they passed several drivers and mechanics getting ready for the upcoming race.
"They are hot." Jeongin said remembering what Sae had said a few weeks ago. The rest of the members agreed as they passed a few more.

When they got to the start/finish line they had a quick mic test and then took their spots. They were cued to start singing seeing all the drivers lined up infront of them and the people in the grandstands surrounding them. The beautiful melodies filled the entire track. The anthem was quickly over and they were escorted to a room with a view of the track where they spent the entire race.

Every once in a while one of the members picked up the camera to show stay what was happening. There were multiple on track battles that made all of them invested in the action of Formula 1. There were also a few parts of the race that were less interesting. Sae looked around the room as she saw Changbin sleeping on the floor and Seungmin sleeping on his leg. She of course had to quickly snap a picture of the moment before either of them woke up. Turning her head, she saw Jisung sleeping on the couch once again. She was definitely worried about him but there was nothing to do but let him have his space.

After the end of the race they filmed a bit more of SKZ talker. They had started playing UNO again and its no surprise that Felix lost again. They were then escorted to a smaller looking stage where they would perform. It was still a big stage but definitely nowhere near the size of some of the ones they have been on.

Sae was very happy. They had already preformed Case 143, Thunderous, Chill, and THE SOUND and she had no sight of her parents. She thought she got lucky and they didn't actually spend all the money for tickets and flying to get here. 

"SAE WE LOVE YOU!" She knew she knows that voice from somewhere. That very very familiar voice. She turned towards the front row and almost fainted at the sight. They are here. They are here. They are here.

"Are you okay? You look like you saw a ghost." Chan joked not realizing the situation.

"I don't feel good. I can't be here. I'm sorry" Sae said turning around and running off the stage.

"What's wrong with Sae?" Minho asked before looking into the front row where she was looking. "Shit! You stay here and finish Why? I'm going to find her."

"Why? What's wrong?" Chan asked but Minho just ran away trying to find Sae.
