Part 15~ Call

A/N: ahhhhhhh I'm so sorry for the 5 month cliffhanger. Straykids comeback soon? Also Lee Know's lines in Mountain! Okay I'll stop the rant and on to the story. Also sorry this chapter is shorter than Changbin. I will try to post another chapter later tonight after my swim meet is over. Don't be a silent reader please. Love you all <3

"Ah never mind it's nothing. Just go back to sleep" Chan said not being able to actually ask the question. He laid awake questioning all of their interactions together and if he thought she felt the same way. In conclusion, he was still unsure about his and her feelings. If they ever did get together, he knew there would be a lot of consequences that could ruin everything instead of making it better. How do Minho and Jisung do it so well? was the last thought he had before drifting into a deep slumber.

*ring* *ring* is all the members needed to be woken up by the sound of a phone. "Whosever phone that is is going into the air fryer" Minho said being tired of waking up from noises at 4 in the morning. All the members started frantically looking for the annoyingly loud ringing phone in the mess of pillows and blankets on the floor and in the couches.
"I found it!" Jeongin said holding the phone up in the air "It's a Manager calling Chan"
"I'll take the phone" Chan said starting to stand up and walk over to the phone Jeongin was holding in the air.

All the members watched in fear as Chan left to go in his room to answer.
"What do you think that is about?"
"Did we miss a practice or something?"
"Are we in trouble?"
Where all question traded between members trying to figure out the reason for the very early call.

A few minutes later, Chan started walking back into the living room with a straight face worring all of the members.
"Is it bad?" Sae asked after seeing his reaction.
"I don't know how to tell you guys this but..." Chan said dragging out the but. All the members looked around very worried. "We were just asked to preform at the Formula 1 Japan Grand Prix!" Chan exclaimed.

All the members were excited and jumping around on the couches and makeshift beds.
"YESSSSSSSSS! I've always wanted to go to a Formula 1 race!" Sae exclaimed.
"You watch Formula 1?" they all asked in unison.
"Ya, I have been watching them for about three years or so now. They used to be all over my TikTok For You Page" she replied.
"Do you find any of the drivers hot?" Changbin asked "I'm sure we could hook you up with one"
"They are okay"
"JUST OKAY? JUST OKAY? THOSE MEN ARE FINE AS WINE" Seungmin replied.
"So when is the race?" Hyunjin asked ignoring all of the chaos going on around him.
"April 5th-7th" Sae replied.
"I'm not even going to ask how you knew that and answered so quickly." Hyunjin said.

A few minutes later all of the excitement settled down and they started planning what songs they would preform and if they would sing an unreleased song there or not. They ultimetly decided to sing Case 143, Thunderous, Chill, THE SOUND, and their unreleased song Why? for their Japanese fans. They would also be singing the national anthem so they also had to start rehearsing that. A lot has to be done before they will be ready for the preformance in just over a month's time so they started getting to work.
