Principality of Qua-Toyne
City of Maihark

Qua-Toynian Maihark Naval Headquarters

In the admiral's office, Admiral Pancarre sat, reading documents from the Minister of Defense regarding the construction of the Qua-Toynian fleet.

"This is complicated..." Pancarre muttered.

There are thirteen warships in service in the Principality Navy; most of the ships were purchased at a low cost and were gifted. The Qua-Toynian navy's high command had problems making their own warships, as they found out that designing a warship is very difficult, even for one corvette.

These thirteen ships were one Arethusa-class (1934) light cruiser, three Fletcher-class destroyers, two Type 1936 destroyers, four Flower-class corvettes, and three Mikura-class frigates.

The Principality Navy high command already purchased around six German R boats for their coastal guards a few days ago and is now under construction.

Pancarre was rubbing his forehead. Outside, around three troopships anchored in the harbor of Maihark, unloading soldiers and equipment.

The moment of serenity over the office was cut short when the door was knocked.

"Come in!"

The door were open and revealed a young elven man in an officer uniform, the Directive Chief of Information Analysis*, Breweye.
