The room was large enough to fit a whole company of soldiers. Four stair pathways, one in each corner, led to a second floor. Torches aligned the walls. Their flames were an odd color. A pure blue, with a deep black at the core. At the end of the room, lay a stone throne in the center.

The room seemed to be in repair. Scaffolding ran along the walls. Overall though, it was still a marvel to behold. Gold was on the ceiling and a chandelier hung in the center of the room.

Einzbern wore a officer's uniform. She was highly decorated in terms of medals. Her expression was emotionless. She had no feature or speck of emotion. Yet she was exuding anger.

The individual who wore Russian military clothes, their mana felt familiar, but I couldn't tell who they were because of their mask, hood, or cloak. I think they suppressed and concealed their mana and identity. They sported many daggers on their belts. They were equally decorated with medals. Not the same as

I reached for my pocket. "Einzbern... I want to-"

"Q-q-quiet!" she yelled hesitantly. She made a swift arm motion to command her wires. "You have done enough. No need to say more." the flame near her seemed to nod.

"I would have to agree with Liliith." said the masked individual. Their voice was distorted and deep.

"Who are you?"

"You'll see" she snapped her fingers at me. "Archer."

Archer summoned her bow, or was it a harp? I couldn't tell. Like playing music, the bow sang. The melody was comforting, but I saw the after-effects, razor-sharp winds coming at me with speeds unheard of. In an instant, Avenger brought down her flagpole and created a wave of flame. It was like she anticipated the attack.

"I'll deal with Einzbern, Aliisa, Saber deal with the others."

"Y-yes sir."

"I wouldn't be so sure."

As I said that, a wall of fire erupted in the middle of the room. Archer created a gust of wind to separate master and servant. I was shot through the wall and ended up in the courtyard. The Russian master hopped through the hole in the wall. When they entered the courtyard, a wall of flame covered the hole from which they came.

I was now divided from Avenger, Aliisa, and Saber. They would have to fight their own battles. I hope they survive.

The masked Russian drew two daggers. "It's just you and me."

I gulped at the sight of EInzbern. She gave off an aura of authority. Just by the officer's uniform she wore, she was a sight to behold. Not only that but her mana presence was several times greater than anything I had ever seen in my life.

"S-s-saber, what can you see?"

"The outcomes of these should have me winning."

"That's good"

"But something's wrong." she gripped the handles of her katanas. "There's a cloud blocking my view....one of darkness I've never seen."

"That would be me, hehe. I love it when you talk about me that way. It makes me feel humble." the flame turned a bright green.

"What are you?"

"I'm Berserker don't you know?" the flame chuckled to himself. It turned a deep blue. "I would love to take your souls."
