A/N: I had this planned for a while but could never finish it. Here it is now.

15 years later, 1960, Sakhalinskaya Oblast, Russia.

I wasn't in my apartment. The place I had now was spacious. It had a desk, a kitchen with a fridge, multiple bedrooms, and an outdoor furnace. The walls were made of brick and the floors were wooden. There was a staircase that descended underground. Where magecraft would be practiced. Coming back to this place gave me ease. Now I can have all the fish I want thanks to the river nearby.

I looked outward from the perch to the courtyard. The gentle fresh breeze brushed against my cheek. The light of dawn crept forth. I watched from afar, yet closely, three small figures.

These were my sons and daughter. I had them practice their magecraft. One was strong in void, earth, and fire. The second one was talented in water, wind, and void. The last was talented with fire wind and all aspects of void, him being the youngest.

"Aliisa, Yves, Frank, get ready for breakfast," I told them.

"Yes Father," said Yves the oldest. He had long dark hair. His eyes resemble his mother's, pale yellow orbs.

"Sure papa," said Aliisa the middle child. She had my eyes, a deep lavender. Her hair was put into long twin-tails, and was the same color as his mother, ash white.

"...ok," said Frank. He was the youngest of three siblings. He had heterochromia, having my eye color and my wife's as well. His hair resembled mine.

The three figures followed behind me, and walked up the step to the kitchen. Opening the door of the mansion, the smell of fresh batter filled the room. The scent was easy to track down. The kitchen When we got there, a familiar purple-eyed sibling was cooking. Arina, my sister. She had her hair in a pony tail. She wore an apron and a dress underneath

My daughter was the first to sit down. "Can I have chocolate chip pancakes?"

"Sure thing Aliisa."

"No fair, I want some too." Yelled Yves.

"You can both have some."

"Morning Arina," I said to my sister.

"Hey bro still keeping up with the training?"

"Yeah," I walked up to one of the cupboards.

Pulling out the second thing that helped me through the day, coffee. Well, the beans to be exact. I had to grind them by hand, but man were they good. Some sugar, and no cream. Maybe add some vodka. This was my daily breakfast.

Then I heard the creaking of wooden flooring. It was enough for me to recognize who it was. The steps were behind me. I felt the presence grow closer behind me, until it stopped.

"Y/N didn't I tell you to stop drinking that?"

"You got me," I said.

"Hmph," she turned away.

"Good morning to you too, Jeanne,"

She quickly pecked my cheek. "idiot," she uttered under her breath, she sat next to me.

After eating a hearty breakfast, I went to the forge. The oldest child of mine, Yves, was being taught here. Not by me though. Today it was their aunt's turn. I was only observing.

Arina grabbed a hammer. She removed "Now use this hammer to shape your metal. This takes a while, you gotta hammer heat hammer heat and repeat, got it?" Arina
