Saffrons POV
I lay with Jotaro as long as I can, as the clock hits three am i decide it's time to get moving.
I slip out of bed and make my way quietly into the restroom. I change into the clothes I hid under the sink, grab my toothbrush, hair brush, makeup bag and other things i'd need along the way. I use my vines to silently grab my suitcase, open the window, and grow a tree.
"Don't be too mad, please." I whisper before nervously crawling out the window and down the tree.
I quickly make my way as far from the house as possible, trying to find the nearest airport. After a few hours of walking, I finally stumble upon it.
"A one way ticket to Morioh, Japan please." I ask and hand the woman at the counter my card
"Have a nice flight." She smiles kindly
Luckily the flight I got a ticket for boards in just a few moments, leaving me plenty of time to leave before the Jostar family even realize i've left.
"Flight 156 to Morioh, Japan is now boarding."
Here I go.
Jotaro's POV
"Goodmorning." I smile and roll over, except the bed is empty
She must have gotten up early.
I get out of bed and make my way to the restroom. I do my buisness, was my hands, my face, and brush my teeth.
I reach for the hair brush and realize it isn't there, upon further examination a lot of things are missing... Her toothbrush, makeup bag, hair brush, all of her things. Gone.
"What the fuck?" I question to myself and begin to open and look in every drawer and cupboard. empty.
I go into the main bedroom and look through everything in there too...
All of her stuff is gone. There's a fucking tree in the window and her things are gone.
"Grandpa?!" I yell and storm into the living area
"What's wrong sonny?" He asks in his usual cheerful tone
"Saffrons gone." I state bluntly and he looks lost
"What do you mean?" Jouske questions
"Dear, put some pants on." Gram pats my shoulder as she enters the room and i quickly realize i'm only in a pair of boxers
"Shit." I panic slightly
"No one cares, what do you mean she's gone?" Okuyasu asks
"She's gone. All of her things are gone and there's a brand new, huge tree in the window I'm assuming she used as her get away route." I'm pissed...
"Where would she even go?" Okuyasu caulks his head as he asks
"Italy. She's probably halfway there by now." I stressfully run my hand through my hair and turn to walk towards my room
"Where are you going, son?" Joseph asks
"I'm going to get dressed and get to the airport. Someone needs to be there when she gets herself into something she doesn't understand yet." I roll my eyes
"We'll all go." Jouske suggests
"Yeah, we'll pack and be out of here in 10 minutes flat. She's been there for all of us, we can be there for her now." Koichi agrees
"Are we sure that's the best idea?" Okuyasu chimes i
"Yeah?" We all reply in unison
"I'm with you guys, I am. I want her to be safe, but at the same time... There has to be a reason she went alone. If it were me and my big bro? I would have done the same. She's way more powerful than any of us, combined even, i'm sure she will be okay." He shrugs
"I get where you're coming from, Okuyasu. I do. She just doesn't know what she's getting into at all. She doesn't. The man she is going to face once she gets there? He's stronger than her, me, all of us. He'd kill her, her brother, and anyone else in his way if needed. He isn't even the one after her... so there could be a whole separate group of people headed her direction too. We just need to be there." I explain and his eyes widen
"Wait there's another dude?" He asks eagerly
"Yes. The one we are after used to be Dio's right hand man, he's after her and probably her brother for all we know. We have no idea who this man is or where he is located. The man that Polnareff has information on we know for sure is keeping an eye on her brother and his group. He is sending then to retrieve and deliver his daughter whom he's never met, we have suspicions that she was also born with a stand but doesn't yet know how to use her. Her stand, her identity as a hold could be a dead give away as to who he is. Since he is a mafia boss, he cannot have people know of his identity. I think he's going to kill the girl. I don't know her name, but odds are he will kill her and anyone who knew of her. Meaning Giovanna and his group. She isn't safe anywhere. So let's go." I turn quickly and make my way back to my room to pack
We all pack and meet back in the living area within minutes.
"Ready?" I ask as I look around
"Absolutely." Joseph smiles with his bag in hand
"Oh hell no, old man." Id rather walk to Italy than get on a plane with him again
"What?" He asks innocently
"Every plane you've ever been on has crashed. Every. Single. One." I say obnoxiously and he shakes his head
"This one won't!" He smiles with confidence
"Until it does and we all die in the process of trying to save others from dying." I cross my arms
"I'm going." He puts his foot down
"Fine but if we die i'm telling whoever is in charge to bring you back as a rat." He laughs as I speak
"That's my boy. Let's go, kids." He confidently walks away
"Good luck, boys. Seriously... Come back in once piece." Suzi laughs a bit and hugs us each goodbye
We better get there fast and in one piece.
