Athena's PoV:

I flashed into the throne room, realizing that I was the last one there. I blushed slightly, embarrassed.

"Fellow Olympians," My father began, "I am sure you are wondering why we gather here today. I will cut to the chase, and inform you of the changes that have taken place in the last week.

"Poseidon here has- erm, been going through some difficulties with Amphitrite, and they have agreed in a mutual divorce. She has decided to return to her true home with her sisters.

"Now to the second order of business. The Fates have decreed for Athena's, Artemis' and Hestia's vows of celibacy to be lifted. They may take this as a chance to reconsider their vow, or just to retake the vow. Until then, Aphrodite can interfere with their love lives." Zeus finished.

Me? I wasn't sure what I was going to do. After all, I had been a maiden for the most of my life, and I didn't know if I wanted to change that. After all, even though it was boring and lonely, at least it still brought be stability and rationality. I was jolted from my thoughts by Artemis' words.

"I will retake the vow." She declared, holding her head high. She then recited the vow and swore on the River Styx. I couldn't help but notice Aphrodite's disappointment. Hestia followed Artemis' lead, and looked at me expectantly.

"I-" I hesitated, and turned to my father. "Father, I will take this chance to reconsider my vow of celibacy."

"Very well." He thundered. "Meeting adjourned."

I was amongst the first to flash away, sitting cross-legged on my bed, deep in thought.
