"I have never seen blue dust around a being, and now it is around one of my sons," Frigga sits with you in her study. "Care to explain?"

"It is harmless. You have no need to worry," you stare at Frigga, but just to the side, avoiding her gaze straight on.

"Since you have not given any information to Loki, you can tell me," she presses.

"How do you know that Loki has been questioning me?" you dig your nail into your thumb.

The queen's mouth curves into a smile, "Loki has always been curious about new things, and can be quite...persistent."

You laugh lightly, "That is an understatement."

Her smile fades at your reaction, and she clears her throat, "Yes. So, go on. Tell me. Everything will stay between...us."

The way Frigga's tone changes when she says the word 'us' makes you hesitate, but then she smiles, and it seems genuine, "The blue..." You take a breath, "Is from the Time Vortex. That is our means of travel, like your Bifrost."

"Our?"

The energy is coursing through you, feeling like it will burst through your finger tips, "I...nevermind. This was a mist-" In the middle of your sentence, you've stood ready to run.

But when you turn, Frigga takes your elbow, "Wait! Please, I..."

The unusual coldness of Frigga's hand makes you look down at the point of contact.

"Apologies. Guess I am overdue for a hot tea," she makes one appear in her other hand, now wrapping both around the cup.

When you both slowly return to your sitting positions, Frigga leans slightly forward in her chair, "How many know of your full lineage?"

You shake your head, looking down, "No one knows enough pieces of the puzzle."

"Tell me then," she says calmly.

This time you do not speak, but look off to the side to her balcony.

Your response, or lack there of, makes Frigga's grip tighten around the handle of the mug she still holds.

"My home was..." you pause and reach into your pocket to take out the pen-sized device. "Let me show you."

Frigga leans even closer than she was.

You twist part of the device and slide a portion up, allowing an image to beam from part of the top, "This was Gallifrey. My home."

A main gold structure sits in the middle, similar to the appearance of Asgard's palace. A few rings of gold surround it, almost making it look like a snowglobe. Around it, smaller, but still visible are homes and buildings, followed by an outer layer of gold mountains, flatlands and deserts.

"I have never heard of such a place," Frigga's eyes stay fixated on the image.

"Nor I of Asgard," you exhale a breath before closing the image. "My people...were called Timelords."

She sits back in her chair, "You use 'was' and 'were'. What else happened?"

The sounds of explosions and screams echo in your mind, "There was a wa..." You close your eyes as the sounds get louder, vibrating in your ears so loud you believe Frigga should hear them as well.

"Darling?" she places her hand on your knee.

"I'm sorry," this time you stand and rush out of her study.

"Quite alright," Frigga whispers as a green light shimmers over her.

"Quite alright indeed," Loki now stands in her place with a smirk.
