Chapter eight

We walked into the emporium behind David and Mitch just looked around in shock basically, I've been here before so I wasn't as amazed as him.

We walked back to the pool table where Kevin was. I wasn't paying attention to any conversation, I was just looking at Mitch. Not in a weird way though.

"Hey uh you know Mitch?" Pink asked Simone.

"Oh yeah, I think I just heard about you," she said. I knew what she heard, but Mitch definitely didn't.

"Oh really what'd you hear?" He asked with a smirk. I rolled my eyes with a small smile.

"I don't know man, are you okay?" She asked him. His smirk went away and he kind of looked down.

"Oh, yeah" he said. I slightly rubbed by thumb on his hand to comfort him a little.

"I guess I'll see you guys a little later" Simone said.

"Okay" Pink said.

"Bye Simone" I said. Simone walked off and Mitch and I watched the guys. Well until everyone started walking off and Pink said he had something to show Don so naturally I was curious.

We went outside and saw statues in the back of a car with Kiss faces painted on them. I was kind of upset because while we were walking outside Mitch let go of my hand.

"Nice tongue! Who painted 'em?" Don asked.

"Mostly Michelle," Kevin said. Don and Kevin then stuck their tongues out at each other and made a noise.

"Hey I got an idea" Don said.

"What?" Pink asked.

"A beer bust later on," Don said. I smiled a little. Slater then came up to us.

"Pickfords got a dube about to burn, you with us?" Slater asked.

"Think about it" Don said to Pink and went over to Kevin. Slater looked at Mitch.

"You cool man?" He asked. Mitch looked confused.

"Like how?" He asked.

"He's asking if you smoke Mitch" I whispered in his ear.

"Okay" Slater said, he was definitely out of it.

"Like my sister said, he was just asking if you get high," Pink said.

"Yeah, like smoke pot?" Mitch kind of asked, touching his nose.

"Yeah" Pink said back.

"I-I never have before, but..." Mitch said.

"And you don't have to unless you really want to" I said to Mitch. He smiled at me. We watched as Pickford, Slater, and Don left. We then went back into the emporium for a bit.
