Chapter 16

Jackie's P.O.V.

"I think it's time I told you-" Noah began, Allie burst in the door "You had a twin brother!!!?" she yelled. I looked over at Noah to see if it was true, he looked shocked and his mouth dropped open. He nodded slowly, tears spilling down his cheeks. How could he not tell me? I was utterly shocked and didn't know what to think. "Why didn't you tell me?" I cried. "It hurt to much." he choked out. I had a sudden urge just to hug him, and hold him tight. "How did you know?" I asked Allie, not daring to pull away from Noah. "That dream I had last time, it was Jillian in my dream and she came to me again." I felt a fire rage somewhere inside me "What does she have to do with this?" I gritted through my teeth. "Jillian and my- my brother were soul mates." Noah whispered. "WHAT?!" I gasped. He nodded sorrowfully and pulled me into his chest tighter. Allie slipped out the door silently probably to give us a moment. "I am sorry I didn't tell you, we were close so close that we were closer than you and Allie and any other twins I met." Allie and I were already close, closer than a two regular people were, I couldn't imagine loosing her and it was somehow worse for him. Tears sprung in my eyes, I looked up at Noah and saw that he too, had tears in his eyes. He looked down at me and said "Shh don't cry." I laughed "You are the one who is supposed to cry not me and you are comforting me." he smiled a little but I could tell it was fake. "Don't fake it." I commanded. He smiled again only this time it wasn't fake, satisfied I turned my head back into his chest. "Do you think you could tell me about him?" I said softly. "His name was Nathan, we were identical most people couldn't tell us apart, same taste in music, both book nerds." he chuckled softly as if remembering something but then he started shaking. He sobbed a loud cry and shook harder. His cry made me cry for some reason too and since I suck at comforting people I sat there at first not sure what to do. Finally I just put my lips to his and slowly kissed him while I had tears streaming down my cheeks. I felt something inside me move, as if my heart was somehow able to feel for him more even though my heart already pounded when I was around him and I got extremely nervous while trying to stay calm and I thought about him constantly. I pulled away and smiled softly. He smiled back "Thanks." he said quietly smiling slightly. Supposedly we are able to bring our biological Dad back so I wonder if we can bring Nathan back? I decided not to tell him that part incase I brought his hopes up and couldn't do it. Instead I said "How long ago did you loose him?" "When we were 14 and a half and Jillian dragged him into one of their father's fights and Jacob was about to be attacked by a strong alpha and Nathan pushed him ... out of the way..." He stood up suddenly with an angry look on his face, something I had never seen before and it scared me. I saw something else that looked like ... determination? I stood up to, putting my hands on his shoulders. "N-Noah?" I whimpered. I looked into his dark blue eyes, seeing anger swirling in them. His jaw was jutted angrily, and he looked mean. "No-Noah?" I stuttered again. "I have to go." he said quickly. "Stop!" I demanded. He turned looking at me "Where are you going, I am going with you." "I don't know." was all he said. I ran after him, hoping that wherever he was going it wasn't trouble. I intertwined my fingers with his, he was squeezing my hand a little to hard. 'Jackie, where are you guys?' Allie said in my head. 'No idea but I am thinking Jillian and Jacob's' 'Why the hell are you guys going there!?' 'Noah is angry.' was all I could say. 'Don't come.' I added. 'Hell, I am your sister I am coming to keep you safe.' 'Allie, it will get worse if you do, please don't. I am not even positive that's where is going.' she laughed. 'No way I am letting you go into trouble alone, we go together.' I sighed even though I knew she was right. Suddenly we were in front of the house, where we were merely hours ago. "Noah, I don't think-" he let go of my hand and walked straight through the front door, shoving the door down as if it was just a paper box. I darted in after him "Noah!" I hissed. He walked up a set of stairs and into a black and red bedroom I am guessing was Jacob's? "You come back for more?" a voice said from behind me. I whipped my head around to see Jacob smirking at me. I glared at him "No, I didn't come to have sex with a nasty whore." I spat. He glared stonily at me. "Don't think of it." Noah said behind me coldly. I shivered at the anger in his voice. "Noah, here for revenge? If that is what you came for, then you are going to die just like your brother did. Except he died, serving me like the faithful servant he was. He was as fun toy." Noah growled and leaped straight for Jacob. I ducked just has he past over me and sailed into Jacob. "Noah!" I screamed. He didn't seem to hear me, neither did Jacob. They fought hard, Noah was slightly winning but mostly it was a tie. 'What's going on?' Allie said. 'They are fighting, are you here yet?' 'Almost.' Just then Jillian walked in, wondering what was up. She narrowed her eyes first at Noah then at me. I glared hard, staring her down. She leapt at me and I jumped out of the way quickly causing her to run into the wall. I chuckled loudly receiving a death stare from her. I glanced over at Noah and Jacob who were still fighting on the ground and as soon as I turned back Jillian was in mid air, hurdling straight for me. I tried to move but I wasn't fast enough so we crashed into the wall. The wall dented in and Jillian punched me in the face, breaking my jaw. I snapped it back in place and looked at her pissed. "Bitch, you do not hit me!" I bolted over to her and kicked her in the stomach with the snap of my leg. She kneeled over for a second so I glanced over at Noah again, they both had blood all over them with Jacob having the majority of blood on him. I could only hope that Noah was beating him, I turned back to Jillian and kicked her again. This time she looked up at me, smiling a purely evil smile. She raised her hands in the air, still wearing the evil smile she began saying something in a language I couldn't understand. I forgot they were witches! Noah looked at me petrified, he glanced at Jacob on the ground and back to me. He dashed for Jillian but she simply shoved him back with some wicked witch power of hers. I felt my feet start to go numb, I examined my feet but nothing looked wrong. I tried wiggling my toes for any kind of feeling but nothing worked "What are you doing?" She ignored me and continued. I ran for her, full on so she would stop but realized I couldn't even move my legs. I turned my head slowly to Noah, my head felt like a big block of oozing molasses. "Help." I mouthed. But he slowly shook his head, she was doing it to him to. I heard a loud crash before collapsing to the floor.

"Wake up please." a voice begged. My eye lids fluttered open lightly to a bright light. "Turn the light off." I groaned. The light flickered off so I sat up and immediately knew that I should've stayed laying down. My head pounded loudly and I moaned loudly before laying back down. "Is she okay?" a concerned voice asked. I think it was Allie. "Yes, she is fine. She probably just has a bad headache." my mother's soothing voice said. "We seriously need to stop passing out Allie." I said sarcastically. She chuckled along with my mother who handed me a dull red colored drink. "Drink this, it will help." I sniffed It and instantly regretted it. "This stuff smells like monkey breath mixed with dog pee!" "It tastes good though." I downed It quickly, the red fluid sweetly coated my throat. "Thanks. So what happened after I passed out?" I watched both Allie and our mother carefully who cleared their throats and studied their feet. "Tell me please before I freak out even more?" I pleaded. Allie came and sat down next to me and reached for my hand. I started breathing hard, our fingers intertwined, and my whole body chilled. "Keegan and I got there, you collapsed to the floor and Noah... he.. he's dead." My whole body stopped, my vision of life crashed before my eyes. He was my soul mate, the one and only that I ever felt in love with. "NO NO DON'T LIE TO ME!! DON'T, HE'S NOT DEAD!!" I screamed. I broke down into a shaking mess of tears. Allie rocked me back and forth, my mother from across the room looked at me sadly with her brown eyes and blonde hair shielding most of her face. His dark blue eyes, cute freckles, brown hair, goofiness, seriousness, and love all gone all dead like his twin brother. "You said we can bring people back to life! How do we do that, we have to save him!" I sobbed. "I don't know, I don't even know if it's possible it was a rumor but I don't know if it works." my mom said. "You lost your soul mate." I whispered. She nodded tears in her eyes. "I know exactly how you feel." I looked at Allie with determination. "We have to see if it works. Three people brought back to life Dad, Noah, Nathan." She nodded back just as serious, mirroring my exact expression. "If we bring them back, is their soul some weird evil spirit?" Allie asked. "Honestly, I have no clue, I have never seen or heard of any of that being done. If you bring them all back to life, you have no idea how excited that makes me." her whole face lit up at the thought. I let tears silently stream down my cheeks, as I thought of Noah even though I really needed to think of a plan. "Come." Allie said in an odd voice. She stood up automatically, taking my hand she led me out back. Once we were outside, she stood facing me with a distant look in her eyes. She slowly raised her right arm and brought my left arm up. Then just as Jillian had, she spoke in some language I didn't understand. "Are you possessed?" I asked curiously. She acted like she didn't hear me and continued speaking the spell. I watched our hands separate and forming in between them was a purple aura of light. I stared in awe as the light grew bigger and the trees around us blew from a strong wind of power. Allie tumbled backwards as if snapping out of her trance. "Lee!" I said running to her. She sat on the ground in a confused state. "How the heck did I get out here?" "You were possessed or something and said some spell and we created a purple light....." I stopped once I realized she wasn't listening to me, she was staring at a massive tree as if expecting it to do something. "Lee, whatcha staring at" A man with brown hair and brown eyes came rolling out of nowhere only he was choking. "Holy crap that is our Dad!" I yelled. Our Mom came rushing out of the house excited but he was choking and couldn't function. He tried to say something and finally bolted into the house, knocking into everything insight. We ran in after him and found him by the kitchen freezer eating all the food. My stomach rumbled hungrily but I didn't eat any considering that he hadn't eaten in about 16 years. Allie took my hand in hers, I could feel excitement bouncing off her skin as it was on mine. Finally the tall brown eyed man stood up for the first time and boldly said "I am so glad to be back, and I am your father."
