♡ PART 15 ♡

LIANNA'S POV:

I wanted to go with Felix instead of Edison. But, I didn't know who to choose. Since Edison already asked me, I had to go. Me and my friends went canoeing in the lake during free time, as we had a few spare hours until the dance.

Apparently, people weren't allowed in the dance unless they had a partner to go with. So, most of my friends chose not to go, and just do something else instead.

Now it was 3 pm. I decided to get out of the boat and go get ready for the dance. I picked out a nice outfit, and put it on.

FELIX'S POV:

I was ready for the dance a bit early so I had time to do something important...

I approached Miya and said, "Miya...do you have a partner to the dance?"

"No. I don't." She said.

"Okay, then you have to go with me! Please?" I asked.

"Uhh, I was planning on asking someone though..." She said.

"Please, Miya. They won't let me in without a partner. I couldn't think of anyone else." I begged.

"Why do you want to go? To make Lianna jealous again? I'm sorry but, no thank you." Miya said. I tried to ask again but she ignored me and walked away. Ugh.

But then, someone approached me. She was a really pretty girl. She was just a bit shorter than me, and had straight, blonde hair.

"Hey, Felix." She said.

"Uh, hi...aren't you Edison's ex-girlfriend?" I asked.

"Yeah. He broke up with me because I wasn't "pretty" enough for him. He wasn't good to me anyways. I wanted to ask, could you be my partner to the dance?" She said.

"Oh, sure! But first, what's your name?" I asked.

"Bethany. But, just call me Beth." She said, running her fingers through her hair. "Anyways, it was nice talking to you but, I have to get ready now! Bye!"

"Bye." I said, watching her run off.

This. Was. Perfect. Now I could also be admitted to the dance!
