Chapter 1

Hannah Cooper's POV

I laid in my bed exhausted from work, I was recently employed as a Forensic Psychologist which had been my dream career for years but it was a very demanding job. I turned my phone on and saw an Instagram notification, I read it and it said Niall Horan had just posted a new story. I have been a fan of Niall's since 2011 and it was now 2024, crazy I know. I quickly opened up Instagram and watched the new story.

"Hello everyone! Its Niall here with some exciting news. I have partnered up with a very special charity, the London Irish Centre, to give you the chance to meet me at my Dublin show on February 25th. We will fly you and a friend from anywhere in the world, to the beautiful city of Dublin. We will get you a hotel, concert tickets and bring you backstage to meet me and get some special signed gifts."

I let out a gasp and quickly clicked the link to enter the raffle, I know my chances of actually winning were at like 1% but I mean it's worth a try, I thought to myself. I spent £100 on 30 entries because I wanted the best chance of being chosen, plus the money was going to a good cause. I decided I should text my best friend of 5 years, Jade Miller, considering we met through a Niall concert, meaning she was a huge fan too.

Hannah: Bitch, guess what.

Jade: What have you done?

Hannah: Why do you always assume I've done something bad? *Eye rolling emoji*

Jade: Because that always ends up being the case ahaha.

Hannah: Oh shush, I just wanted to tell you that I spent £100 on raffles for the competition to meet Niall. :)

Jade: Omg...of course you did, you do realise there is no chance you're gonna win?

Hannah: You could have at least some optimism

Jade: I'm just realistic

Hannah: Well I guess we will find out on the 18th.

10 Days Later

Today is the day the winner for the competition is announced, I got out of bed and got dressed ready for the day. I didn't have much hope of winning but if I did it would most definitely be the best experience of my life. I live in London which means I would have to fly out to be able to meet him but it would be so worth it.

I just finished eating my lunch when I received an email, I opened up my phone and looked at the notification. It said I got an email from the London Irish Centre...it must be about the competition, I thought to myself. There was no way they were telling me I won. I told myself it was probably an email telling everyone that the competition was over. My hands were shaking as I opened up the email and as soon as I read the first line everything around me just disappeared...

I let out a loud gasp as I saw the email was congratulating me on winning the contest...there was no way. I was going to meet Niall Horan for the first time after supporting him for 13 years! My eyes instantly teared up and my body was shaking, I started sobbing and immediately facetimed Jade.

She answered the call and was taken aback by the fact that I was sobbing and shaking. "Hannah. what the hell happened, are you okay? She asked concerned about me.

"I...I won the competition....to meet Niall." I said in barely a whisper as I couldn't even talk properly but as soon as I said that Jade jumped up and started running around her room screaming.

"OMG, THIS IS AMAZING HANNAH!!" Jade screamed.

"Yeah, I guess I just need to decide who I am gonna take with me.." I said to her trying not to laugh.

"Haha very funny, I would slap the shit out of you if you took anyone else." Jade replied looking at me with a serious expression making me laugh.

"I know you would." I said back. We continued crying over the phone for hours and talking about how in almost two weeks we were gonna meet Niall Horan and it didn't feel real...
