On that morrow, Aelora awoke to feeling good about herself, she wanted to get some allies for herself to make her feel better since everything has been going wrong over the past few days.
Rhaenyra didn't want Aelora do this on her own, so she sent her brothers to go to to different places to get allies. She assigned Jace to get support from the Lannister's, with Luke she chose the Tyrells, finally her daughter, Rhaenyra didn't want to let her first born go so quickly. The Queen had Aelora very young and almost grew up with her, their bond was everything to each other, she sent Aelora to get support of the Baratheons.
Aelora looked out onto the sea in the direction of storms end. She took a breath as this would be her first time getting support off a house to support her claim.
"If you take these errands, you go as messengers, not as warrior. You must take no part in any fighting."
"Aelora my sweet daughter."
"Yes Mother?"
"I want you to fly to Storms End. It's only a short flight from here, you need all the allies you can get Aelora. Even if Aemond supports you, you will need all the men you can get to be your allies.....if ever something happens to me giving birth to the babe."
"Yes Mother. Lord Borros is an understanding man....."
Aelora then took her mother's hand.
"But you will have a long reign before me, much longer than I'll have to wait until I ascend your throne."
Rhaenyra smiled at her daughter, as she knew her only daughter was growing up fast.
"He'll be honoured to greet the heir of the seven kingdoms, and her dragon."
Aelora and Rhaenyra gazed at one another before leaving each other. Aelora and her brothers mounted their dragons, and took off to their destinations.
As Aelora flew over the sea, her heart was in her mouth, she was more than nervous, Luna could sense her riders fear, she kept Aelora above the clouds away from the high tides to keep her calm. Aelora thought about visiting Kingslanding after her visit to Storms end, to see what Aemond has to say about supporting her claim, and to even see if he would confess his love for her, as she wanted to tell him how she finally loved him.
Luna sensed a fear in the air, not the weather, but as if someone else was out here with them. Aelora could sense the same fear as her dragon. They both scouted the area looking for who it was, none of them could see anything in the clouds.
Aelora could see a shadow above her, a shadow that was so big it almost turned the day into night, she turned Luna away from the shadow below the clouds.
Aelora and her dragon knew they weren't alone, but they focused on getting to Storms End alive....
